Restoration 1 did an amazing job cleaning up my crawl space. I inherited a rodent issue from the home’s prior owner. Now that Restoration 1 has been there (after pest control) you would never guess. It’s so clean now that I jumped down myself to investigate a different possible issue the next day and took these photos. They will be my first call if I ever have need of any of their services in the future.

Obviously no one ever wants to call a restoration company, but having used their services and knowing others that have, I genuinely have some peace of mind knowing, "We can always call Adam." They have tremendous experience in water damage, structural drying, emergency mitigation, and property restoration. Possibly even more importantly, they bring incredibly deep industry knowledge, attention to detail, respect for your property, compassion, understanding, patience, outstanding pride in their work, and unmatched drive to do the job right. Storm damage, flood cleanup, leak detection and diagnosis, Adam’s team can handle it and will treat you right during it. Their actions and the way they communicate openly and honestly really show that they are there to build and run a business by helping people, not just by cashing checks. When you're frantically moving your belongings to a storage locker on your driveway at 2 am and don’t want to remember every valuable, hiring a company with people you can trust honestly makes the entire experience just a little bit more bearable. I strongly recommend them for anything home restoration service related. If they can’t do it they'll gladly refer you to someone honest who can. PS - As I write this they have a perfect 5.0-star rating with 75 reviews. This is unheard of in home improvement in Reno.

Their pricing is completely fair and they do great work with clear communication.
