I am grappling with high water usage / bills at our place in North Bend and have been engaged with the city for over 6 months and have hired several plumbers and leak companies to try and find the source of the water leakage. The companies we hired previously did a basic shut off / turn off test monitoring the meter and did not go to the depths of even trying to diagnose where issue could be internally. Scott and Benji, their crew members came the same day and did a very thorough inspection using thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters going 1 room and washroom at a time as well as doing a thorough inspection in the crawl space. They provided us with a detailed report with some water damage along with minor steps to remedy them. This is the level of detail we were looking for from an inspection! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family members should they need to avail similar services. Finally the thing that made a lasting impression was they themselves told me DIY tips to remedy issues and to observe conditions without upselling me anything. I am very pleased with their professionalism and honest work ethics.
