Max, the project manager, was especially great to work with — communicative, responsive, and always kept us updated throughout the job. The crew worked hard, showed up when they said they would, and the final result turned out great. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Rapid Restoration and Remodel. After going through a house fire, it was an incredibly stressful and overwhelming time for my family. From the very beginning, David stepped in as the project manager and made the entire process feel manageable. David was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about getting everything done right. He kept the project moving efficiently and delivered everything in a timely manner, which made a huge difference for us during such a difficult situation. What really stood out was his ability to go above and beyond. While rebuilding, we decided to upgrade our garage and turn it into part of our living space. David also helped redesign the layout by removing a few walls, opening everything up and completely transforming the feel of our home. He truly brought our vision to life—turning a tough situation into an opportunity to create our dream home. Manoliy the ower and max the project manager, were both outstanding. Very professional and provided urgent help swiftly. Answered questions and picked up the phone when we needed to reach them We had a tree brand penetrate our roof and caused a great deal of damage and stress. 2 small children , roof leaking , I needed help asap during the heavy rains and storms. They had their subs come out within an hour to repair the roof to stop the leak They dealt directly with the insurance adjusters and made the process so smooth and hands off. I really appreciate all their help , mitigation went very smoothly and manoliys employees were very respectful, professional and left our home clean after themselves. They wrapped the effected area where dust wouldnt extend further from the effected area. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you gentlemen for all your help :)

We had water damage from a bathroom flood late Saturday, and Max from Rapid Restoration came out first thing Sunday morning to evaluate. Max was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process, explaining everything clearly and answering all of our questions. He quickly located all the wet areas and had his team here the very next day with fans and drying equipment. The team worked efficiently and completed all the necessary demo, and every area dried properly. I was amazed at how carefully they handled all of our belongings, and they even cleaned everything up afterward — down to washing the floors on their knees! We are very happy we trusted Rapid Restoration and truly appreciate all of their hard work. Highly recommend!
