I had a hot water heater pipe burst on the second floor of my historic home. We were out of town so hot water ran for several hours in the bitter cold before it was detected, causing extensive damage. I called Zeke at Rapid Restoration and he was at my home within the hour. Zeke and all of his crew were extremely professional, polite, and very trustworthy. He handled everything that needed to be done before we had a builder come in to put the house back together. He even came over when the insurance adjuster was here and went through the house with us. The MOST important thing of all was the fact that he saved the original 107-year-old floors! For that, I will be forever grateful!

Had an amazing experience with Rapid Restoration 24/7. Zeke, the owner, had personally handled my call and the quote for the project. Their team was incredible, prompt and respectful of my home. Their work quality was impressive and they resolved all of the mold concerns I had in the basement. Rapid Restoration 24/7. Never heard of them. Friday before last I discovered a leak in my basement. I called my plumber. He came out, looked at what was going on he suggested I allow him to call Rapid Restoration. Ok. Again. Never heard of them. Zeke came and checked out my issue. He informed that insurance needed to be involved. We called together to get the ball rolling. Spoke with the adjuster she gave the go ahead. The next day Timothy from Rapid Restoration showed up with a team. Timothy was AMAZING. He kept me informed along the way with the scope of work. They were through! They were fast! They were CLEAN! Each person I had encounters with at Rapid were extremely professional and knowledgeable and the job to be done. The BIGGEST winner in my situation here was Timothy!
