Tori came out to our house and helped with some clean up we needed done. She was soo friendly and took extra time communicating and very thorough through the whole process from start to finish!! We were very satisfied with the job she did and appreciated the extra care she took in our home and something that could have been stressful but wasn’t! We have worked with other companies in the area but I would hands down recommend Tori and Rainbow for any clean up work needed in your home!

Rainbow Restoration was an excellent company to work with and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their needed services (which i hear are many!) The team was efficient, on time, knowledgeable, and thorough. Though the process took longer than I would have liked (1 week) I’m happy they were able to assist me and even educate me some!

My experience with Rainbow Restoration was extremely disappointing. They first came to my home on October 3rd, and the project still wasn’t completed until November 20th—an unacceptable timeline for the type of work that was needed. I had to constantly follow up just to keep anything moving, and the scheduling and coordination from the office were completely disorganized. A few days before they were coming back to my house, I even received a call asking for the status of my project, as if the project manager hadn’t been keeping notes on my account. I also called to speak with a general manager about my concerns and never received a call back. To make things worse, Rainbow Restoration didn’t even perform the main work in my home—the asbestos remediation team did—yet I was still charged over $1,300. The charge didn’t include repairing the wall with drywall or plaster afterward. When I asked about it, I was told it was handled by a different department, would require another inspection fee, and they couldn’t give me any idea of their availability. I made it clear from the beginning that I did not want to do any of the repairs myself, so I don’t understand why the project manager didn’t coordinate all necessary services ahead of time. Now I’m left to either do the wall repairs myself or hire someone else, because I absolutely refuse to use this company again. While the technician who came out was great—professional, friendly, and thorough—the rest of the experience was terrible. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
