Guido and Larry are amazing! We had a flood, and because of past claims, we haven’t been able to get insurance (it’s a long story). Needless to say, we were really freaking out. Larry came over within an hour of our call. He thoroughly checked our basement, showed us exactly where the water damage was, and shared his expertise on what needed to be done. It was like he had X-ray vision—everything he pointed out turned out to be exactly right. We are so grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and quick response we received. We will always recommend and use Rainbow Restoration of Nampa. Thank you so much for your help!
Guido was exceptional and even though he was in already busy he showed up for my family and was extremely helpful during the extreme thunderstorm.

He was friendly and informative, and was able to leave us feeling relieved and very well taken care of. I would highly recommend him and his team. After calling late at night this company made their way out to us ASAP. The owner of the company arrived and perform an inspection. He was here exactly when he said he would be and was able to help us with our flooding concerns. Super reliable and very professional. I would highly recommend using his team with any water, fire, smoke, mold and reconstruction repairs. Thanks Guido.
Quick to come in and tear stuff out but once that's done communication lags. They tore the floor out on Monday and said they would contact me Tuesday. I email Tues and received no reply. I called Wednesday and Larry said he forwarded my email to Guido and that he would contact him again. Thursday after not hearing from them I called another company and they came out Friday. While the new company was here, guess who called? Guido calls on Friday to see if someone could come out and measure the hole. I asked if he got my messages from Larry. He said no that there must have been some miscommunication. I told him that I hired someone else. They are quick to send a bill as well, with a $25.00 convenience fee. I have several rentals and it's hard to find good contractors. This one is on the do not ever call again list. I wasn't really in a big hurry, but I do have a life and stuff going on so knowing what is going on is helpful. One simple call would have went a long way.
