I had a great experience with Rainbow Restoration! Treston did a superb job helping with the cleanup and restoration from a water heater failing, which made quite the mess! He was quick - even though it was over the weekend, very knowledgeable, and gave a couple of excellent referrals for a plumber and other related services. It was clear from the beginning that he was looking to build a relationship on behalf of the company, is honest, and is not merely transactional based; this is so rare these days! He guided me through the insurance claims process and was very helpful when I transitioned it to self pay. Treston and his restoration team were great to work with. Very responsive and clear with questions asked and with their plan to help us and it's cost. They were resonably priced and broke everything down which was very helpful for us to see while deciding how to move forward. They were willing to work with us and what we felt we needed to do. They were also very prompt and timely with their work.

Treston responded to our home within 30 minutes to assess the damage, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during a stressful situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly put a plan in place. Andrew has been handling the mitigation work and has done an excellent job. He’s been extremely careful while removing affected materials, taking great care to avoid unnecessary damage to our home.
