Rainbow Restoration delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Richard, Clint and the entire crew, were exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire water‑damage cleanup and restoration process. They worked directly with our insurance company, which took a huge burden off of us and kept everything moving smoothly. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every step. Our home looks fantastic thanks to their hard work. A true 5‑star experience.

Rainbow were appointed by our insurers to take care of water damage to hard wood flooring and cabinetry in our kitchen, caused by a leak behind the dishwasher. From the start, the rainbow personnel were very informative on the claims procedure and outlined the whole plan to remediate the damage incurred. There were a few delays due to sub contractors scheduling but these were overcome. Rainbow took great care to remove and store furniture and set up protective screens where needed. They did an exceptional job removing, repairing and refinishing the floors etc. and we could not have been happier with the final result which far exceeded our expectations.

What they did for her goes far beyond standard service — it was genuine advocacy, professionalism, and compassion at every step. Throughout the rebuild of her fire damaged home, Blake kept our family informed with clear communication about the process, timelines, and next steps. When the city required the sewer line to be replaced, his team handled everything responsibly and according to regulations. As the review states, “they dug up and replaced the sewer line for her in the exact same place that the sewer had been located since 1960,” and they did so with care and transparency. When a neighbor later made an inappropriate, costly and uneducated demand, Blake Johnson stood up for her without hesitation. Knowing someone was willing to protect her interests meant the world to our family. At the end of the day, my mother as been in this neighborhood for over 50 years, the pipes have been there longer. We were stunned that a neighbor would be so rude and nasty over 2 feet of grass that was dug up per the city ordinance. Grass always grows back. Our overall experience with Rainbow Restoration of Chattanooga has been excellent. Their integrity, communication, and quality of work exceeded every expectation. We had a wonderful experience with the whole Rainbow Restoration crew during our nightmare sewage situation. They were quick to respond, and all the men were kind, respectful, and hardworking. Strongly recommend this team!

My upstairs master bathroom toilet hose broke loose from the tank and flooded my bathroom, laundry room and part of the garage. Rainbow Restoration came and removed all of the damaged flooring, ceilings and walls. Although I was at home and able to stop the flood before it spread through out the entire house, it was still fairly extensive. The owner, project manager, and workers were very knowledgeable and skilled at what they did. If I noticed a problem, they fixed it. I am very pleased with the restoration of my home. I would highly recommend this company.
