Dave replied very promptly to my initial text and we made arrangements for him and his wife Brenda to assess the current situation we had. Quick, efficient, professional and friendly service. Dave immediately got the claim started with the insurance company, which was a huge load off of my shoulders, considering what my family was already dealing with. Dave and Brenda gave us much peace of mind and comfort with the personal, compassionate service we received. I cannot say enough good things about Radical Restoration LLC. They answered my urgent call on Christmas Day, which alone speaks volumes about their compassion and professionalism. My dad was very ill and being discharged from the hospital, and he had to leave his home abruptly. Unfortunately, that meant food and garbage were left behind and had literally turned into a science project. Radical Restoration came the very next day, thoroughly cleaned my dad’s home, removed all of the garbage, and completely eliminated the horrible stench using an ozone machine. The transformation was remarkable. This was done on very short notice, during the holiday season, and under stressful circumstances—and they handled everything flawlessly. I highly recommend Radical Restoration LLC. They did a fabulous job when my family truly needed help.

We hired them for their remediation service, after our daughter took her own life, using a hand gun. They responded to our needs immediately and with great compassion and concern. We feel it takes very special people to do this type of work. David and his wife Brenda not only did an amazing job with the cleaning, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by coming to our house to meet with us to sign the contract because my wife had just been released from the hospital, earlier than planned, and was still very sick. They also had to deal with many miscommunications and misunderstandings trying to track down the key to the apartment from the police station. and bringing us some of her valuables. David called to ask our permission to look around her apartment for anything of value, explaining to us that people will often times break into and rob a place knowing that the resident is deceased. Thank goodness they did because it was her landlord and his family that let themselves in and took half of the stuff in her apartment. It's bad enough we still don't know everything they took, but thanks to David and Brenda, they did not get everything. We can't thank them enough for all that they did for us!! Highly recommend!!
