Quality Restoration 24 Hour Emergency Services

Based upon my experiences with Quality Restoration and their owners, Lem and Kristy Nash, I whole heartly recommend them. I recently had a very difficult situation. Upon returning to Chicago from vacation, I found that my brother, who lives in Red Rock Arizona, had passed away leaving four unattended cats. They had urinated and defecated throughout the house creating horrible odors and ruining all the mattresses, sofas, chairs, tables, and carpeting. I had the responsibility to restore the house to its original state so I could sell it on behalf of his heirs. After interviewing several companies, I had the good fortune to talk with, and then hire, Lem and Kristy of Quality Restoration. They exercised tremendous care in working with me in a step by step manner to ensure the house was restored to its original condition. In each instance, they took before pictures of every room in the house, provided detailed plans regarding what they recommended be done, and then provided pictures demonstrating precisely how each room looked after they had completed their efforts. In one instance the damage had been so significant that an entire room had to be rebuilt and this was accomplished in a truly like new fashion. They also identified and addressed additional problems with the property, such as termite infestations, which they handled in a professional manner by not only spraying, but also replacing and painting the bottom eighteen inches of wallboard throughout the house. Their pricing was carefully thought out in a logical manner. They requested reasonable down payments with no further payment due until each phase of the overall project was completed. Given the depth and breadth of my experiences with Quality Restoration as well as the personable way in which Lem and Kristy work, they have earned my strongest recommendation.

Lem Nash, owner of Quality Restoration, was amazing! He was able to analyze storm damage access to my home and wrote a thorough report. Lem is experienced and professional! The report helped me get an insurance payment from a claim. I highly recommend Quality Restoration!!

Oh my goodness, Quality Restoration and staff were a God send! Starting with Lem and Kristy Nash who were responsive and understanding about my hoarding situation. I was looking for a miracle and they delivered! The wonderful technicians who were tasked with my overwhelming situation were the best of the best. They were fast efficient, organized, professional, kind, compassionate, thorough, great communicators, extremely hard workers and the list of superlatives goes on. On top of all that they were beyond good to me! Angels were looking down on me when I found Quality Restoration...if I could give them 10+++ stars I would! Highly recommend!

I paid far too much money for the worst packing experience I have ever had. They left 6 to 8 inches of headroom in almost every box. It's as if they had never moved. While trying to fix the problem by condensing three boxes into two I found garbage. They packed trash! I am so nervous about the unpacking because my kids will be with me when it's all unveiled and I'm worried about their response when they see this. I asked them to come back and fix it. They showed up with bubble wrap and paper so they could stuff it on top of the pack. It was a horrible fustercluck. I called to find out about my laundry a week later. Lem finally called me back to tell me it was ready and that they would bring it to me and I need to give them $90 for those two loads. I went off about the over $4000 I paid them already, that they could pay for it out of that. I also said "for subpar work." Lem said, "How about you get your own laundry. It's at Fort Lowell and Campbell. Bye" and hung up on me. I am so very sorry that I didn't do more research before I contracted with Quality Restoration. So much went wrong for me. I'm recently widowed and I feel horribly taken advantage of. BTW, their website only shows 5-star reviews. Misleading as all get out.

The ad said compassionate cleaning services. I called and told the woman how exasperated I was and that I needed help and direction and she was not compassionate at all. I got frustrated and hung up after thanking her. I then called her back and asked her to either be compassionate on the phone or take that off of her ad. She got real snarky with me and told me to have a real good day and hung up. Obviously I do not recommend.
