Cole was the lead technician along with Mike. They arrived shortly after I called! I had significant water damage in my new kitchen from a leak in the wall of the units above mine. They were friendly and professional. They worked quickly to open up and remove affected drywall and insulation in order to begin the work of drying things out within the walls and cabinets. They took special effort to clean up after their work as they went along. I’m sure they will take care of things as the work continues. I am glad I knew who to call when it mattered!

We had an outstanding experience with Travis and Parker from PuroFirst Restoration Services. We came home from vacation to a flooded basement after a storm, and walking into that situation was incredibly stressful. From the moment they arrived, they helped take away so much of the stress and anxiety. Travis and Parker were prompt, professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our home. They worked quickly and quietly while my husband and I were working from home, which we really appreciated. They removed the wet basement carpet, helped with the drying process, and had everything taken care of in about four hours. I worked with PuroFirst following a house fire and Amber & her crew were very organized and careful with my personal belongings as they packed them up and packed back. It’s hard knowing someone else is going through and touching all my stuff but their care and their joyful personalities made it easier.
