PuroClean of West Boise

The First week of December 2025. I woke up to a broken water main.. my front yard was flooded. I checked the lower level to find I had 2-3 inches of water throughout the family room, guest bed and bath, the lower landing, the hobby room and store room. All but the store room and bathroom were carpeted. My furniture became sponges to the water. I called my insurance company and was given two choices for disaster clean up. I had worked with one previously, as had friends. It did not go well. So my only other choice was Puroclean. I was so apprehensive, but felt I had no choice, and set myself up for a battle. To my surprise Rochelle, one of the owners called that same hour, and was out at my home within the hour. Rochelle told me everything that would transpire over the next few months. Rochelle's crew were here every day Monday through Friday. Rochelle herself was here two to three times a week. Always making sure I was okay. Her crew was awesome from tearing out damaged walls, to hauling my large, heavy furniture that was salvageable to storage and my furniture that was destroyed to the dump. She made sure I was in charge of what went where. Rochelle and her husband John worked well with my insurance company., making sure everything was accounted for. The project was completed as I was told. Now that I am moved back in you cannot tell anything ever happened.. From Rochelle, to Brian and Dallas to Mary and her awesome crew. The plumber and carpet installer. Everyone did an excellent job. True craftsmen in their trades. If anyone ever has a disaster, regardless of how small or how big, I cannot tell you the attention and satisfaction I received. Puroclean made me feel like I was their only client, and only concern. There are not enough words to describe the how wonderful Rochelle has been. I am an out of state owner and felt helpless in helping my tenant when a botched flooring job left a leak in my bathroom. Rochelle was so empathetic and professional. She went well beyond her obligation to help me. Her communication, efficiency and attention to detail is nothing short of exceptional. Where the flooring company left me vulnerable, distrusting and frustrated, Puroclean picked up the pieces and gave me confidence that everything would turn out alright.i can not give a higher recommendation !

I could not speak highly enough of Rochelle and her team of awesome ladies! We have recently returned to our home after a fire and subsequent flood displaced us for nearly a year. Puroclean packed up, cleaned and stored our salvageable belongings and returned them to us when we moved back into our house. They went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met, and that everything was returned to us in good condition. They made what is a very trying time more manageable and smooth. We appreciate them so much! I pray those reading this will never be in a similar situation, but if you are, Rochelle and her team will make sure you are well taken care of.

The PuroClean team was amazing through our rebuild! We had a terrible experience with another local company through our remediation process and all of the back and forth with insurance. Rochelle came to do our assessment and was completely honest and up front with us being first time homeowners and having to work through an unexpected first insurance claim. Her sincerity through educating us just because she knew it was the right thing to do; made it a no brainer for us with our rebuild. The work that Albert and others did putting our house back together and the ladies that came over to clean at the end, made our house feel like a home again. It made our house feel like a place we enjoyed being in again rather than dreading it. Only giving 5 starts because there aren’t more to give. We would recommend PuroClean to anyone needing remediation or a rebuild!

Amazing experience with this company. John the owner is very kind and professional. We used them for a flood inside our home, they did the mitigation/clean up and rebuild. We went with this company initially due to the time John took on the initial estimate. John was very detailed on the initial inspection and estimate. They saved us quite a bit of money by pulling out all the cabinets and countertops without any damage and reinstalling them completely damage free. They also worked with us on the flooring. Our original flooring was unavailable and we were going to have to replace all the flooring in the entire house. John gave us a flooring company and contact who was able to find flooring to match saving us quite a bit of money. This company is very detailed and they take a lot of pride in their work. They even cleaned up our bathroom when the job was done incredible. John also has quite a bit of experience in working with insurance companies, he knows what they are looking for/need and makes sure all bases are covered. We didn't have to communicate with the insurance company at all or provide any documents as John handled it all. I would not hesitate to use this company!!
