I talked to Mo about doing carpet cleaning for them very nice, friendly and trustworthy guy. Would recommend for large projects.

Kyle and Alvin did a great job cleaning our basement. The basement really had a deep clean need and they worked hard to get it done. They even came back to clean the stairs leading to basement and vacuumed the entrance. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend their services and I’m very particular!

The 3 crew members who showed up on my patio,( that had been closed up and unuseable for the last 6 mos. ) gave Hope back to me. After 6 mos. of not being able to: grill my summer meals, ride the bike that had been out there, garden, rest in my hammock, drink my coffee outside, sleep under the stars...heal my hurting soles, get my fingers in the soil, (mental health really,) watch my lillies or wild fern grow.... They powerwashed my table and chairs... My older potting bench my sister and I had putchased together on a perfect sunny day years before. Salvaged the beautiful birthday burn pit I never even got to use... Mo, Kyle and Alvin were ALL so kind. Not just 1 guy standing out, but ALL OF them were thoughtful. So compassionate. They seemed to sense what a loss I had gone through and they did their restoration with both reverance and somehow, leivity too. They gently let me delegate even though they never had a question about what needed doing. Alvin cleaned every single bar that ran across the 12 foot concrete, alunimum- topped slab. Kyle studied diligently under Mo's tutilidge, and Mo's deep kindness, like a river helped me heal. His astute conversation skills even admist his deft moves was like a Doctor's warm 'bedside manner.' It's what made it all a pleasant, smooth transition. I left a couple tiny pieces out as a subsconcious test. Would they be mindful, respectful? Would a tiny decorative magnet a childhood friend made go missing?They were the epitome of professional. The personification of the word. I know there are many other crews out there, who maybe do the same thing. But the pet and people friendly natural solvents? A cohesive caring team? You will not find what was gifted to me unless you make it a point to work with Puroclean. In addition to getting my 12'x9' patio back-stunningly clean, I almost made friends. PuroClean did an excellent job addressing the portion of our attic's mold situation, caused by a roof leak. From my initial phone conversation with owner Mo, I was impressed with his cautiousness, which continued through their remediation work. Kyle and Mo's team provided outstanding service, and Mo's DIY tips for other parts of the house were also very helpful. Despite our tight schedule due to upcoming overseas travel, they accommodated our needs perfectly. This was a rare and perfect example when paying for a service felt genuinely good!

We called PuroClean & Mo when we discovered black mold while replacing our (ONLY) bathroom's floor. Mo & his associate James came to the rescue almost immediately. Though it looked terrifying, Mo was there to reassure us it was easily rectified. He told my son, who was installing the floor, that we could save money by doing the work ourselves. He walked us through the procedure, the materials we'd need & even offered to give us some of the products he had at his shop. Wow! I was blown away. Mo is a true gentleman professional with a heart of gold. He gave us his personal cell phone number & has called & texted to check in on us. He even recommended plumbers for additional work we need.
