Aaron, Darin and Mr. Curtis were all fantastic to deal with in the mess of our kitchen issues. They went above and beyond to explain and constantly check on the status of our floors and cabinets. They communicated every step. I don’t want leaks and floor issues ever again but I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Curtis and his crew of PuroClean!
I need to give a shout out to Nicole and Courtland in the contents department. They took great care when delivering items that had been sorted and cleaned by PuroClean following Hurricane Helene. They kept my items until I was ready to begin the arduous process of putting my belongings back in my home. They were kind, courteous, and highly professional. Despite being displaced from my home for a year, I couldn't have asked for a more stress free return. I highly recommend this company and commend the contents department staff!
Curtis and his crew handled the mitigation after our house fire. Nicole and her crew handled the contents. Everyone was excellent and efficient. They did not push to remove contents we did not want them to. They were very friendly, always responded to phone calls & texts immediately, and left our home spotless.
These folks are absolutely wonderful. They are both professional and compassionate. They have turned one of the worst experiences of my life into a manageable situation. And they have kept me informed every step of the way. If I could give them 100 stars that still wouldn't be enough praise.
