Al from PuroClean was professional, courteous, and kind. He took the extra time to introduce himself to the fur babies( that’s important to me) He took the time to go over the restoration process and guide me through all the steps. I would highly recommended Al and PuroClean!
Sent one of my large commercial customers to them for a large scale water loss. Their team got them fixed up promptly and professionally. I have no problem referring work to them. Thank you for helping out.
Dean was amazing. He explained the process for drying our house and was very professional and thorough. Once the house was dry, he tore down the affected walls and ceiling , disposed of debris and swept up before he left. Very personable and knowledgeable.
Puroclean is fast, professional, and extremely responsive. I was impressed at how organized they were when navigating a restoration project. Highly recommend!!!
Eleanore and her crew are amazing to work with. I’ve worked with her professionally both as a customer for my own company and as a resource for many of my customers. Her team is professional, genuinely customer-focused (which is hard to find these days), and always accessible whenever I’ve had questions. Highly recommend.
