I can’t say enough wonderful things about how amazing this company treated me during a very stressful time! My water heater went two days before I was heading on vacation. They came immediately and started to clean up all the water. They were at my house for almost two full days and could not have been any nicer! I was so pleased with their professionalism and how kind they were through the whole process. Every person that I dealt with from the office to the guys that came to do the work were just the nicest people. I highly recommend PFR!

My family and I are extremely grateful for the Providence Fire Restoration Team that responded to our home on November 22, 2025 after an Oil Pump incident. Dereck Perry, the Team Project Leader, was professional, calm, and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation.Along with soot and very high levels of Carbon Monoxide, arrival was prompt; everything was explained very clearly. Immediate steps were taken to ensure our home was safe. The crew was thorough , knowledgeable, and very respectful of our home.They addressed the soot and odor issues with great care and attention to detail; and, their experience truly showed. We felt very confident every step of the way that our home was in capable hands IF you ever need fire or oil puff restoration services, we highly recommend PFR Emergency Service! Again, their responsiveness, professionalism, and compassion made a very difficult experience much easier to get through.

The entire team of Providence Fire Restoration were amazing. Judi who answered the phone when I called was sympathetic to my feelings and current emotional state. She listened, she cared and followed up with me when the work was completed. She’s an angel. The crew who worked in my home were professional, efficient and communicated all steps with me during the entire process. They were punctual, respectful and thorough. I’ve had the hardest time finding reliable and dependable people to work in my home, but this team renewed my appreciation for great workmanship and efficiency. They received an A from me. wow what a company, i found myself in a big mess with water damage, after calling the insurance company I called this company it was around 2pm, Derek was at my house 45 minutes later, very professional, started testing for moisture and explained everything right away,The insurance adjuster was on his way Derek told me he would handle that for me by 4pm Derek and the adjuster were gone and explained everything that was going to be done next day at 730am 4 trucks and 4 guys pulled up, even had a dumpster truck, The guys they sent Matt,Bralio,Franky and Derek from yesterday reexplained everything to me again and got to work right away cutting out wet walls, ceilings, floors and more, they moved all the furniture took anything wet out and put in dumpster they cleaned everything up treated all the areas with stuff so no mold grows and put many dryers dehumidifiers by 5pm i found this amazing for a bad situation i was on my way to getting back to normal in about 26 hours what a great company! i wrote this not only to say thank you to Providence Fire Restoration but to tell people that get in a jamb like i did try this company they will handle the situation and get you back to normal right away hope this helps.
