If you find yourself in the very unfortunate situation of needing a restoration company, I highly recommend Premier Restoration. When we learned that our refrigerator had leaked dozens of gallons of water all over our condo, my first call was to Premier Restoration, because we'd worked with them on a small water damage issue years earlier. Their team arrived within an hour and immediately started addressing the water-damaged materials in the condo. I was not on the island, but Premier met with our property manager and then took over leadership for all the work. Over the next week, the Premier Restoration team did all this and more: > remove affected drywall, baseboards and carpet > brought in a "packout" company to move my furniture to unaffected areas of the condo, so that water mitigation could happen quickly and without further damage > coordinated with the adjuster for my homeowners insurance on evaluating water damage to kitchen cabinets and other parts of the kitchen > took my big rug offsite to be cleaned, returning it later when I was ready for it > found and diagnosed water damage that was from years earlier and proposed treatment options > prepared detailed documentation of their work (photos and descriptions) that could be passed directly to my homeowner's insurance > prepared a detailed estimate of what it would take to "restore" or remodel my condo back to its previous level. Give Ken a raise! He was professional, timely, and he did a good job blending the paint from one wall to the next. (We have high ceilings with old paint). We appreciate how respectful and friendly he was. He went above and beyond by painting our entire ceiling area instead of just one spot where the damage was. We had a previous repair and the paint wasn’t blended well. He spent 2 days working with us. At one point. Our small dogs crossed the gate we put up and he kindly helped get them back behind it. We don’t expect people to have to deal with our dogs like that but he was very kind. Mahalo Ken and Manolo. And sorry about our dogs getting loose.

Niko, Kalani, and Bill, were great to work with while restoring damage from an AC leak. They made me feel confident from the beginning that the work would be done right. Their honesty, communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process much easier. The drywall crew was quick, efficient, and left the repaired areas looking like nothing had ever happened. After dealing with other restoration companies that left us disappointed in the past, Premier Restoration showed us what great service should look like.

Donald is an excellent representative for your company. He is polite, efficient, neat, and communicates very clearly so I can understand. Other residents have praised him as well.

Ryker Hyde from Premier Restoration came to assess the damage to my townhouse from the recent two weeks of rain and stormy weather. When I showed him the damage to our ceiling caused by the rain leaking through the roof and therefore causing mold to form on the ceiling, he was concerned about the health danger of inhaling the spores of the mold, and recommended a few things to correct the situation. He suggested a Hygienist to check for air quality, roof repairs, total room vacuum to collect the spores which you do not want to be inhaled to your lungs, scrubbing of the walls to clean thoroughly. He was very professional on the recommendations and explanations. I felt very comfortable going on with his suggestions to correct the health hazards.
