On a Saturday night this is how the damage looked. Reuben and his team came out to clean up the disaster. Preventing additional damage from the pouring rain. I am a senior and disabled. I hadn’t experienced a disaster this huge to my home before I had no idea where to begin. Reuben was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. He also made suggestions and let us know what needed to be done next. Reuben’s team did a great job of restoring my house to perfection. I trusted him with every detail. I am very happy with the work done I highly recommend him and his team.
We’re so grateful for the incredible work PDX Restoration Services did in our home! My husband and I cannot give Reuben and his team from PDX Restoration enough praise. He responded to our initial inquiry for ASAP services within minutes on a Sunday night- which made me raise an eyebrow at first, but turns out I just caught him in a free moment and he was happy to get in touch quickly and coordinate a start time for renovation that next week. We had extensive floor damage from water leaks in a condo rental, among some other damages. Reuben’s company renovated and repaired/remodeled everything with very high quality work that was also fast and efficient. He and his team did this all while being extremely communicative, personable, and kind. We appreciated Reuben being able to discuss and advise on the ins and outs of working with our insurance for repair coverage, as well as giving us great guidance for some of the remodel choices. Additionally, Reuben was understanding of our price points and did not push us for extra work we considered doing after realizing it might be out of our budget (and those price quotes were not at all unreasonable). While we hope nothing like this happens again, if so, we would absolutely hire PDX restoration in a second and will most certainly recommend this company to anyone we know needing similar services.
