Our house caught on fire about 1.5 years ago and that's when we met Karla who is the reconstruction department manager for the company. Karla and her team has been amazing! Not only is she knowledgeable, but also reliable and dependable. Karla has provided our family great compassion while still remaining very professional and has always maintained great communication with us through this whole ordeal and made sure our opinions mattered most when it came to our home. Karla gave great insights when we needed them and knew how to get things going in rebuilding our house and gives guidance in picking out designs when needed. Karla made sure she connected us to the right people and made sure things were done properly in restoring our home. Her professionalism made my entire family feel like we are valued and the most important people in the decision making process. Takes ownership when it came to accountability and makes sure things are corrected when necessary. Always on time and leaves you feeling better each time we have our meetings. We admire her work ethics and appreciate all the hard work she has put in in restoring our home. Karla is definitely a very important addition to this business and deserves to be treated well and commended for all the hard work she's given in helping many families and home owners feel safe and reassured that things will get back to normal or even better than before. Jennifer helped me during this horrible time of having my apartment flooded. She made everything easy. She was very comforting and very helpful. A lot of things I didn’t know I’ve never been through this before and she made everything just smooth like butter so I really appreciate her and she should be an employee of the month or year my opinion

Ian and supervisor Carla at Paul Davis Restoration are amazing ! As Ian was restoring my bathroom, he spoke with me every single time he started a new area. We discussed what I wanted, as he explained every step in detail and the different ways he could accomplish the task. Ian is so attentive, not only with the main projects, but to the fine details as well! He has got to be the most committed and hard working person I have ever met and I have worked with a lot people! Also, the supervisor Carla was on top of overseeing that the restoration was completed in a timely manner. She stayed on top of making sure the materials needed for the restoration were available on time and that the plumber was available when needed. Carla stayed in touch with me at the start of the project and she continued to do so through the finished restoration, which I appreciated so much! And, I am thrilled with my new bathroom!!! I highly recommend Carla, Ian and Paul Davis Restoration!

Crystal has been very helpful and gone out of her way to walk me through the process and give clarity to the project. I really appreciate the way she communicates. Ian has also been extremely friendly and focused. He is gone out of his way to explain what he's doing and what he has found and it's very much appreciated.
