We had a flood in our master bathroom the last week of May and we are still waiting for our bathroom to be put together. We just got floors 2 weeks ago and we have been getting the run around as to when our vanity will be delivered and come to find out it was just ordered yesterday and not on the 21st as stated by their property manager. School is starring in 3 weeks. We are a family of 6 sharing 1 1/2 bathroom. I would NOT recommend Paul Davis. They do not communicate well and lie to you about simple things. Timelines are nonexistent. I would give 0 stars! Poor management skills. I worked in management and if these were my employees they would be fired. I would not allow this to be the face of my business. Just horrible.

Overall, we had a great experience with Paul Davis. The project lead was outstanding—professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered our questions, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. While everyone was courteous and the work was completed successfully, some team members seemed more detail-oriented and experienced than others. That said, the project lead made sure any concerns were addressed and the final result met our expectations. We appreciate the team's hard work and would recommend this company, especially because of the excellent leadership and commitment to making things right.
