Evelina Jacobo and Brandon came over to my house after my water softener exploded. They dried everything out and were very professional. I love that they took the care to make sure the pathway was clear and prep for work and explained everything in detail. Not only were they helpful and patient but their friendliness and kindness made a stressful situation more bearable.
The Paul Davis team - including Ian & Lee - were exceptionally professional and made what could have been an incredibly anxiety-inducing situation manageable. They provided regular updates, called each morning to give an ETA on arrival, cleaned up after themselves, and were incredibly polite. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and trusted they were doing everything in their power to make & keep our house safe. 1000% recommend Paul Davis for any restoration needs.

I was extremely overwhelmed, and he never once made me feel like a burden—instead, he showed kindness, understanding, and professionalism the entire time. Latoya was equally incredible. She was so sweet, hardworking, and thoughtful. She kept me updated throughout the day, which meant so much since I was working and had dogs at home. She truly went above and beyond her job duties, and it did not go unnoticed. Chelsea, their manager, even came out on a Friday night to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of dedication and care speaks volumes about the team and their commitment to their customers. And Cindy—I'm not sure what I would have done without her. She comforted me, walked me through every step, and constantly reassured me that everything would be okay. Her support meant more than I can put into words. Because of this phenomenal team, I will always recommend Paul Davis. Their professionalism, compassion, and work ethic are truly unmatched.
We had some repair work done by Paul Davis after our kitchen sink started leaking. They were absolutely fantastic to work with. The project manager, Nick B, was incredible to work with. We had some material set backs and scheduling issues. Through all of that, Nick was extremely communicative, he always made sure we knew exactly what was going on and what the next steps were. He was fantastic at working around our schedule and getting things done in a timely manner. Our experience with Paul Davis was made great by Nick and I would definitely feel comfortable recommending them to anyone who needs work done.
