After a dishwasher leak caused significant damage to my home, I contacted Paul Davis for emergency mitigation services, and I could not be more impressed with the experience. From the very first phone call, their team was responsive, professional, and compassionate. They arrived quickly, thoroughly assessed the damage, and immediately began mitigation efforts to prevent further issues. Throughout the process, they kept me informed, explained each step clearly, and answered all of my questions. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and treated my home with care and respect. They worked efficiently while ensuring the affected areas were properly dried and protected. During a stressful situation, their expertise and professionalism gave me confidence that my home was in good hands. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service provided by Paul Davis. Their prompt response, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Paul Davis to anyone in need of restoration or mitigation services. I am adding to this review, the remediation team was excellent, 5/5 stars! Unfortunately, the restoration and rebuild portion of my experience has fallen far short of that goal. If things continue on the current path, I will continue lowering my review. Communication has been extremely disappointing. Calls and text messages are often not returned, and despite being out of my home, I still have not been given even an estimated date for when work will begin. I have also been given conflicting information by my project manager regarding the ordering of materials and the work that will be completed. At this point, I no longer have confidence that I am receiving accurate or timely updates. I truly hoped my experience would match the excellent emergency mitigation services I initially received, but the rebuild process has been frustrating and poorly managed. Unless communication, transparency, and project management improve significantly, I expect my rating will continue to decline and may ultimately become a one-star review.

I had a great experience with Paul Davis Restoration. Although I worked primarily with Andrea. She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly responsive. Andrea took the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and ensure I felt informed every step of the way. Her excellent communication and commitment to customer service made a lasting impression. It’s clear that Paul Davis Restoration values professionalism and customer care. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.

From day one the team Torrence, Justin and Kegan worked tirelessly to mitigate the rupture of a sewage leak. They were knowledgeable and at the same time very discrete in my house trying always to make their work not intrusive in my daily life. I have to say the same thing for the members of the management of Paul Davis Restoration of Lexington. I would recommend this company anytime when you need a great company because they do their job thoroughly well and with much compassion for the owners of the house.

I hired Paul Davis Restoration of Lexington after a major water leak in July 2025. Although the initial mitigation was handled by a different company, the subsequent restoration turned into a five-and-a-half-month ordeal defined by poor oversight and subpar craftsmanship. The drywall, trim replacement, and painting were mediocre, with several flaws that required multiple reworks. Worse, a total lack of site protection led to paint splatter and damaged boards on my brand new hardwood floors. While they eventually paid for the floor repairs, the initial negligence was inexcusable. The promised "professional cleaning" was a failure, forcing my wife and me to clean the entire home ourselves just to make it habitable. My house sat empty for a month because the project manager failed to order flooring in a timely manner, and when it finally arrived, he had ordered the wrong amount, causing even more delays. Most frustrating was the lack of financial transparency. Despite setting a budget and receiving constant assurances we were within it, I was hit with multiple, conflicting bills that far exceeded our agreement. I attribute the project's failures to poor oversight and a young, inexperienced workforce. While the issues have since been mainly resolved, the process was unacceptable; therefore, I do not recommend this company.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Misty and Terrance for their outstanding customer service. From start to finish, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled perfectly. It’s rare to come across people who go above and beyond the way they do. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help truly made the experience a great one. Highly recommend working with them!
