We had a small but traumatic basement fire and Paul Davis team arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning out our basement, taking our belongings and restoring it all perfectly! They brought our things back nicely packed and labeled and most importantly clean and restored back to normal. We are very happy with the work. We have used Paul Davis on many restoration jobs, mainly water damage. I highly recommend this company for any restorations, big or small!

Water in basement. They boxed up everything in the basement. Even wrapped all the delicate items. Moved them outside in the garage. Nothing damage. They took really good care of the items from the basement. All the boxes were labeled by room and description of items contained in each box. They were also numbered, so Paul Davis had a record as well. The second team came and remove the bottom wall trim and installed industrial fans to get air moving with humidifiers. They checked the entire basement for high moisture areas and damage. They periodically came back to check on the basement. I did not the final price as the insurance took care of the payment to Paul Davis.

In February of 2026, I had a tree collapse onto the top of my roof, through my bedroom ceiling. It damaged almost all of the contents in my bedroom. Everything was a huge mess! My insurance agent recommended Paul Davis Restoration, and said they were a great company to work with! I got in touch with them, and they responded immediately. It was after normal business hours, but they still answered the phone. A few people showed up the very next day, to come in and inspect the damage. The following day, a few people came in to start the huge job of boxing and bagging up all of my belongings. They worked for 3 days straight, and got everything removed from my bedroom. After everything was removed, they took it to their shop and started the work of cleaning over 30 boxes of my belongings. They also cleaned my king size bed from top to bottom, which was a huge job! It was all full of cellulose and insulation, from the ceiling collapsing. They steam cleaned my upholstered bed. They also cleaned my king size mattress. After cleaning both items, they put them in an oxidation room for 8 hours to remove any smell from them. When I got my bed back, it all looked like new again! I want to give a huge shout out to Danielle Broska, and Alyssa Seefert! These girls are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me out, making my transition back home to my apartment, go so smoothly! (I had to leave my apartment for 3 months, while my bedroom had to be completely remodeled from top to bottom.) Ken Stanley, who was helping me in the beginning of this whole mess, was a great help to me as well. He answered all of my phone calls and texts, no matter what time of day. He helped me out so much in the beginning! Thank you, Ken! After Danielle took over, I worked with her every day, for the last month of this journey, before I was able to move back home. She is so kind and helpful. She did an outstanding job! Alyssa is also outstanding! She did a top notch job, of cleaning all of my belongings! She was a pleasure to work with!
