In 2025, Paul Davis crew replaced my roof and everything was good. In March 2026, a limb pierced my roof and I decided to use them for the repair. The limb fell on a Saturday, 4/28 and I called them on that Monday, March 30th. I told the rep it wasn't an emergency since at that time, there wasn't rain in the forecast. I can not remember what day the tarp was placed on my roof but a guy was still in my driveway when I got home from work. He said the roofer was coming by but no one showed up. April 2nd, Sam came with paperwork I believe were about the repair but found out the other day was for payment of the emergency tarping, $641. i was under the impression that someone had already looked at the damage and the tarp was temporary. I text Sam 4/24 and 4/28 for some type of update since no one had reached out. After sending an email, I got a call from Jeremy on 5/6 stating me was going to try and stop by my house(never showed). I called 5/19 and text on 5/15 no response. i called back to Paul Davis this week and received a call from Jeremy finally and he has yet to come by. He keeps confusing me with someone else asking didn't i remember him coming over. the only person i have met was the Hispanic guy that put up the tarp(not sure because when i got home he was at this truck) and Sam. Jeremy was supposed to send someone Wednesday and call around lunch yesterday, neither happened. Sam has yet to send me the paperwork i signed back in April.
Who ever drives the white Paul Davis restoration truck with rankin county tag number RB1118 is a wreckless driver! He was on old fannin rd today around 740pm zooming in and out of traffic and cutting people off. He almost made me and another car wreck. I did report this to the flowood police department. He does NOT need to be driving for the company if he can't drive properly!

This has been a terrible stressful experience. Poor communication, no time line, messy work, etc. A three day job has turned into 2 months. I have to constantly reached out to find out when they are coming and what's going on. They ran out of flooring twice and just walked out with no explanation. When I reached out they said they were tied up on another job then said they ran out of material. Which one is it? I would not recommend this company. Find a company that specializes in flooring unless you don't mind the value of your house going down. Also, we have been treated as if they are doing this work for free. They are coming by our house at random times in the evening after having us wait at home for them all day. Then they have unpleasant dispositions.
I’m happy to recommend Paul Davis Restoration to anyone! When our second floor bath tub started leaking through the first floor ceiling, PDR came to our house to begin their damage assessment the same evening we called. They were clear in communication and would call and text me personally to work around my and my husband’s schedule to complete the work needed. Glen, our project manager, was always on top of everything, and Ryan, our painter and general contractor, worked quickly over three days, all to ensure we were satisfied with the quality of the restoration. I can’t thank them enough, and I would recommend them for their professionalism, their quality of work, and reasonable prices!
