Avoid using this contractor at all costs. We were referred to PDR as a preferred vendor of our Insurance company for an ice damn claim and our experience has been a total nightmare. They did poor quality work, screwed up multiple phases of our job which lead to delays in the project being completed and disrespected our home every time they were on site. Their crews tried to hide trash in our garage, drove on our lawn and broke into our home when one of the managers was late who we had given a key to gain access while we had to be out of the house. We found their crews to be reckless and poorly prepared for the jobs they were sent out to complete. The project managers are very disconnected to the actual work being done which lead to us constantly having to chase him for updates and to get issued fixed. Our PM got so feed up with dealing with all the mistakes his crew was making that he quit the company in the middle of the project. We escalated our concerns early and often to the owners but nothing changed and they would try to pressure us to sign off on the job being done that wasn't really finished because PDR damaged multiple items and areas of our home with their carelessness. Its been over two months of us chasing them to fix what they broke and they are still giving us a hard time; today they didn't show up for an appointment to repair a scuff mark they left on our wood floors by dragging the furniture across it after it was just refinished. If Paul Davis was committed to resolving our outstanding items they would make it a priority to fix the damage they've done to our home; instead they've made it another giant hassle for us to deal with that we've been chasing them for over 2 months now. Not showing up to a scheduled appointment to fix damage their crew did to our floors is NOT being committed to resolving our outstanding items. Refusing to reimburse us for the sofa and lamp your crew broke by being careless with our belongings is NOT being committed to resolving our outstanding items. Refusing to reimburse us for the floor protector your crew lost is NOT being committed to resolving our outstanding items. PDR has consistently demonstrated themselves to be careless, dishonest, and lacking the skills & resources to deliver on their commitments in our interactions. They've told us over and over that they're committed to our job but their failure to follow thru has proven those words to be a big fat lie. Don't work with this company if you don't want to deal with headaches like this.

We had a terrible experience working with PDR and had to constantly chase to get them to finish their work. They were consistently late to every appointment, would leave early with work unfinished and did poor quality work overall. Their crews were very difficult to work with and I had to spend so much of my time chasing our project manager to get issues fixed.

We have just completed the interior water mitigation portion & demo from storm damage. We chose Paul Davis from our insurance company list of vendors. I am very pleased with the service from Sean and his team of Angel, Dell, and Oz. All were extremely professional and friendly. Sean went out of his way helping to coordinate a contractor to tarp our roof during the initial storm emergency and then help coordinate for inspection. Communication and coordination was excellent. Angel deserves an extra shout out for exceptional service. He was here every step of the way. He did the initial moisture readings, fans, and dehumidifier installation. He was also back almost every day to do moisture readings and equipment checks. Angel also ran point with demolition and containment/cleaning of plasters walls and interior wall structure. Attention to detail was truly exceptional. As was when he came today to monitor and ended up removing the equipment because it was dry overnight the day after demo. He did a beautifully neat and professional job prepping the two walls demoed for reconstruction and taping/covering for safety prior to reconstruction. Great communication, excellent professional skills, and friendliness made a very stressful experience a lot easier! I am anticipating a continued quality experience with the Paul Davis restoration team. I thoroughly recommend this company for interior water mitigation. Thank you to Angel, Sean, Dell, and Oz!

My review today is a lot different than the review I would have left a week ago, but honestly I can’t say enough good things about the owner Ryan and his guys. Initially, we were matched with a different contractor that was hired through Paul Davis and when that experience didn’t go well, I reached out to Ryan and he immediately took over and brought in his best guys. Our house looks beautiful and they have been absolutely wonderful, professional, kind, and thoughtful. I would for sure recommend this company and would use them again in the future if we ever had anything come up.

My experience with Tim and the Paul Davis crew was amazing! They made an unexpected huge problem while trying to close on a property, easy and fast to remedy! Great service, fast service, friendly service…. Great job guys!
