I called Patriot after noticing what appeared to be water staining above my garage, along with what looked like mildew. I was convinced my second-floor bathroom was leaking and that I was about to deal with a major repair. I reached out to Patriot Water Damage & Restoration to assess the issue and help guide me through what I thought would be an insurance claim. Travis and Chad arrived within an hour, were extremely professional, and conducted a full, thorough inspection of the area. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be a simple fix. Not only did they clearly explain everything they found. These guys found that the problem was not what I thought it was and quickly cleaned up the mess and saved me from turning in a claim that would not have been needed. That level of honesty is rare. Chad and Travis were great to work with in a difficult situation. They were both professional and honest. They documented thoroughly as they worked, and provided a comprehensive summary of findings after the job was finished. I would recommend them to anyone that has a water intrusion issue in their home.

We initially had a great experience with Patriot, however after a week from restoring our flooded area we saw cupping in our engineered hardwood. They came back and promised to “make things right” from a missed initial restoration. But by this time new mold had grown and it became a way bigger problem than if they had initially restored that area appropriately. 3 other companies measured dampness where they missed it. Patriot became hard to reach and as the mold grew there was no quick response, we eventually had to change companies to resolve our issue and maintain good air quality in the home. We wish they could have came back timely and fulfilled the promises made. Ultimately Chad and Travis said all the right things but their actions or lack of action cost us a lot in mental strain with little kids in the house and cost to repair. It ended very badly with slandering of other companies and no resolution or refund on the initial work.
