Kevin Karl from Patriot Restoration came to calm my fears and assess the situation after I received a stressful mold report in an estate sale house in which I’d been hired to work. He was honest, down to earth and practical. Ultimately the house had already been sold to a developer, and Kevin suggested we not use the house for the sale, but also let the buyer remediate the mold. So essentially he gave me golden advice and his time for free. He allayed our concerns and taught me a lot. I would recommend Patriot Restoration to anyone!
Very responsive to our needs for quick remediation after inspection of our home for the purpose of selling. Chandler's communication was impeccable, texting to verify appointment time and confirming prior to arrival. Work was done thoroughly, and report provided upon completion. They made the solution to a headache exceedingly simple, and we are so appreciative!
