Parkside Restoration

On July 4, 2026 our basement flooded. We called Parkside and spoke with Daryl. He was professional and upfront with us right from the start. He came to our house the next day. We had already discovered that State Farm insurance would not cover any of the cost of mitigation or restoration and that we would be footing the bill ourselves. Daryl gave us a fair price with a discount for paying cash. Anytime we contacted Daryl with follow-up questions, he responded quickly. His mitigation team, Ricardo and Baltazar, were professional, respectful of our property and true gentlemen. I highly recommend Parkside Restoration for their professional, prompt service and fair pricing.

These people have more than one business on here to get away from bad reviews on the first one so I’m posting in both locations. After the initial visit they left a broken crawl space door and a bunch of equipment and then there was silence for a week. Eventually they came back to pickup the equipment but no one could tell me what services were done or what it cost even when I called them they don’t call me back. Now my home insurance claim goes through and I’m totally out of the loop. No remediation was done after draining the crawl space no one communicated anything. No idea what I was charged or if that’s fair or if the right work was done. Staff has no idea what’s going on. Not great.

I had a great experience with Parkside Restoration and I am so grateful to their team! After having a flood at my condo, I was very weary going into it, as I had read awful reviews and horror stories about restoration companies taking advantage of people in hard situations. But to my pleasant surprise, from the very beginning I was pleased with every bit of their services. My first point of contact was Chris Hansen, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She arranged for Simon to come out and evaluate the damage. He was polite, punctual, and professional, and it was clear that he truly cared about doing a thorough job documenting everything. When it came time to sign the contract, I have to admit the language was a bit intimidating, and at first I felt like I was signing over a blank check. Christina in the office recognized my concerns and arranged a call with the owner, Daryl, to put my mind at ease. He took the time to explain the process, the purpose behind the contract, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to make sure I felt comfortable moving forward. The team also worked with my insurance company. On the day of mitigation, George and Adon arrived right on time. They were courteous, professional, and worked efficiently while treating my home with respect. When it was time for reconstruction, Bob Wehrly was my project manager, and he was outstanding. He always picked up my calls, kept me informed throughout the project, and was proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was done right gave me a great deal of confidence. After we finalized the scope of work, Bob arranged for Bart and Andy to install my new flooring and cabinets. They were absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time every day, worked efficiently together, and their craftsmanship was exceptional. The finished work exceeded my expectations. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company and every member of their team. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service during a stressful time. Thank you to everyone on the Parkside team!!
