From the very first consultation, I was impressed with Aaron and OMG Sanitized. Aaron took the time to thoroughly explain the mold remediation process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. They are scheduled to do the mold remediation at my home next week, but Aaron has already gone above and beyond. I had an electrician working in my bathroom who needed the exhaust fan connected, and I found myself in a panic trying to get it taken care of. I called Aaron, and he came out within the hour to help me. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but he did without hesitation. We are selling our house and we were surprised that the inspector found mold and moisture in the attic caused by insulation over the soffits. Aaron and his team are the top choice for an honest company when it comes to realistic mold remediation and water damage solutions. I recently bought a home and had him inspect and he not only came out and answered questions to help me make the best decision about some mold that came up in our attic of the home we were buying but he was extremely easy to work with and gave me so much knowledge about how to look at preventing it from happening again. He’s one of the few contractors that I recommend to family and friends. Here we are 6 months later no mold came back, our attic is bone dry and I can rest assured the problem is gone and understand what to do and look for to keep it from happening again. Late review but Aaron did a great job on helping us find mold smell issues. I will definitely use him again.

I recently (Fall 2021) bought a house and during home inspection, possible mold was found in the attic. I contacted Aaron and he came to inspect the mold the next day and confirmed it was mold and recommended it to be remediated. He took pictures and used his tool to read the air quality up there. Aaron gave me a mold inspection report and a quote on how much it will cost to remediate the mold. I shopped around to compared prices and OMG Sanitize was the best price. I setup an appointment and Aaron was able to fit me into his schedule within the week. Aaron and his team came on time and did the mold remediation and also added a sealer for a part of the plywood that looked to had previous water damage. I was so happy with Aaron's work and now I believe the cleanest air in my house would be the attic. I am also planning to hire them again for my duct cleaning now that I see they added duct cleaning to their website. I can add more details in future. Update for air duct cleaning (Late Spring 2025): It's always a pleasure to hire Aaron for his professional work. Aaron is such a cool and chill guy to talk to. I liked how he explain his process while he was doing the duct cleaning. Aaron and his team did the whole house approximately 2800sq ft with in 4 hours. They took before and after photos for several of the ducts and they even found some random wood trim left inside the ducts which can cause airflow blockage. Aaron was also able to check the air quality of each room using his professional device. He was even kind enough to check my attic for air quality too, which we got mold remediation done. Even after 4 years, the mold is still gone, and air quality in the attic is still very good.
