Matthew and his team at Octagon have been instrumental in helping me through the stress associated with the water damage in my home. They were willing to go above and beyond to ensure satisfactory water mitigation. Matthew guided me through the process of working it through insurance. The responsiveness of the team at Octagon was helpful in getting mitigation complete in a timely manner to protect my home from follow on damage. I give Octagon Restoration a strong recommendation for emergent work on your property.

I cannot recommend Octagon Cleaning & Restoration Services based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward restoration project has turned into an incredibly frustrating ordeal. We have been trying for weeks to get our invoice corrected because it includes charges for work that we believe was never completed. Rather than working with us to resolve the discrepancies, we've repeatedly received messages demanding payment and threatening to place a mechanic's lien on our home. To make matters worse, after spending tens of thousands of dollars, we are still dealing with mold issues that were supposed to have been addressed. We have never refused to pay for work that was properly completed. We have simply been asking for an accurate invoice that reflects the actual work performed. Instead of collaborating to resolve the issue, we've been met with pressure and legal threats. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company. I encourage anyone considering hiring them to carefully document all work performed, review every invoice in detail, and ensure any billing discrepancies are resolved before making final payment.

We had an issue with our central air condenser leaking from the attic down to the bedroom and Matt came to our house to take a look at it. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He tested for dampness levels and told us we had done a good job running the dehumidifiers, taking care of the water before it caused major damage and mold growth. We were really leery to deal with someone seeing we had a horrible experience in the past with another restoration company. I did some research online and found that Octagon had a ton of great reviews and I’m so happy I reached out. They set my mind at ease. I would highly recommend !!

Jason from Octagon was great from the very beginning along with the office staff. Prompt home visit, fair estimate, and great execution on time and in budget! His guys were great and had good communication through the remediation process. Would definitely recommend Jason and his team!

I found Octagon to be very easy to work with; the office staff were personable and helpful and Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also patient in answering all of my questions and concerns and spent a lot of time looking at the job before they were hired. Becky and Bob did a great job with the cleaning of the mold and were also responsive to my concerns. Their prices were reasonable and work was promptly scheduled and completed. They went above and beyond in providing many photos of their cleaning process. Very impressive!
