Nevada Water & Fire Restoration

So far, would recommend Nevada Water and Fire wholeheartedly! Fast initial response, and very helpful regarding how to handle filing our insurance claim. Several rooms were damaged from a broken water line and the packing crews were great, very careful of our personal items, and kept everything clean. Tearout has just started, so may update review as the process continues. So far, very professional and responsive and reassuring, too.

Nevada Water & Fire Restoration was the perfect company to choose for our home repairs. The father and son team of Rosendo and Rosendo Senior did a great job! They were efficient and hardworking and went above and beyond to prepare the work space prior to beginning-which we greatly appreciated! They were professional, but also very personable and took time to answer questions and explain what they were doing. It was a pleasure to have them in our home for a job well done! Nate also did an excellent job from start to finish with the quote and follow up care. I highly recommend this company!

Great service. We had a refrigerator line leak that saturated the subfloor, drywall and some cabinets in the kitchen and subfloor, drywall and carpet in a bedroom that shared the wall. Nevada Water and Fire Restoration were prompt in mitigating the moisture. We really appreciate the service they provided - top notch!! We had Nevada Water and Fire Restoration actually restore our house after the mitigation. Jose was awesome ~ working as a one man crew he far exceeded our expectations!! He did drywall, texture, paint, cabinet restoration, laminate flooring and trim as well as tile flooring. Jose was awesome!! They are busy so scheduling was a challenge but Neal was able to accommodate us in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company for both mitigation and restoration!!

What is one of the worst things you can ever experience as a homeowner? Water Damage. It shows up without warning and can spread quickly to many areas of your home. That was the situation we experienced in January 2026. We noticed our hardwood floor raising up a week after a rainstorm dropped 3.8" in 4 days. We called D& D Plumbing in Reno, NV to investigate the possibility of a leak. The plumber said there was no plumbing leak but recommended Nevada Water & Fire Restoration to locate the source. We're so glad he did. Their Estimator, Joey Eckert, arrived on site to evaluate our situation. He was very thorough and used electronic moisture detectors to pinpoint the source of our water damage. A roof leak was the cause, and a game plan was set in place. Joey reassured us that he had this situation well in hand. Water damage mitigation would begin ASAP with a focus on preserving as much of our home as possible. Their mitigation crews arrived and began removing the damaged walls and and flooring with a methodical attention to detail. They brought in drying fans and de-humidifiers to dry out the affected areas. Moisture monitoring measurements were taken regularly until the readings met their high standards of excellence. They are certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration). Our hardwood floors from our front entry to the water damaged rooms were protected during mitigation. All deconstruction debris was removed in a professional manner. Any material that can be re-used was carefully placed in a protected area for future use. When questions would arise, Joey was always available to speak with us. You could not ask for a more thorough Project Manager and a professional company to help you through this very stressful time. Our home is still under reconstruction. While we did not use their reconstruction services, NVW&FR can provide them as well. Every company these days wants you to write a review. From your dentist to the local sandwich shop, it seems that everyone relies on social media to promote their business. It's time consuming for the customer while providing no future benefit. I only write reviews for 2 types of companies. One that provides superior service and those who provide substandard service. Nevada Water & Fire Restoration falls squarely in the first category. While I had a great experience with their work, I hope I don't see them again. They are only on your doorstep when you have some type of damage to your home. With that said, I would not hesitate to use them again for any mitigation work.

The experience that Nevada Water & Fire Restoration was kindness, patience, and making sure I was OK. All while doing this tough job without complaining! The entire crew from day one to the last day have been exceptional, and I will refer them to everybody!
