Jason Parker and the team at New England Disaster Solutions were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout a difficult water-damage and remediation situation at my home. What stood out most was that Jason always made himself available whenever I had a question or concern. He consistently returned my calls, took the time to explain the process, and never made me feel like I was bothering him, even when the insurance process became complicated and frustrating. Jason carefully inspected the affected areas, documented the moisture and damage, prepared a detailed scope, and communicated directly with my insurance company when clarification was needed. I appreciated his honesty and his commitment to recommending the work he believed was necessary to address the damage properly. His team was also professional throughout the remediation process and took appropriate precautions to protect the rest of the home. I would confidently recommend Jason and New England Disaster Solutions to anyone dealing with water damage and mold concerns!

I worked with Jason on a small project in Bedford, MA. From the first phone call all the way through the last, he was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was appropriately responsive, able to thoroughly answer all my questions, and did everything he said he was going to. As a contractor, I will be working with and referring people to NE Disaster in the future.

Used cleaning and sanitization of a basement sewer back up, which left 7 inches of sewage in basement. Worked with the project manager Jason and his crew. They were at my door less than 3 hours after initial call to start pumping out. Jason was very helpful in guiding us through the process and going over our insurance claim as well. I did bother him several times with text messages even after hours, and he responded right away each time. We were given a fair price for the amount of work and the industry standard and we are very happy with the results.

Jason and the team at NE Disaster Solutions responded quickly and effectively to dry and clean water damaged wood from an ice dam. The communication was great and they worked directly with our insurance company.

I’d give NE Disaster Solutions six stars if that was an option. I had extensive water damage from a major winter storm in 2026 and Jason and his crew were completely amazing. They were there the day I called them, and super supportive during the whole mitigation and remediation process. Their work was excellent and thorough and there really wasn’t anything more that I could ask for. Jason, in particular, went way above and beyond what I was expecting. He was super accessible, staying in constant communication, even during off hours, during a particularly stressful time for me. Seriously, I could not recommend these guys enough! [UPDATE] My condo insurance has been continuing to be very difficult in covering this. Jason and crew finished the job, cashed the check and I signed the release forms but Jason has been continuing to help me with the adjuster as I navigate through this mess. That wasn’t something that I necessarily expected and I feel he’s going above and beyond here, hence this update.
