Here’s a polished business review version: I would highly recommend Monarch Restoration to any homeowner. As a first-time homeowner, I found myself facing an unexpected and stressful situation that required immediate attention to protect my home. I contacted Monarch Restoration outside of their normal business hours, not realizing they were closed, and was amazed when they answered right away and immediately began helping me. From the very first call, their team was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They quickly explained the process, walked me through the steps I could expect, and made sure I understood everything along the way. Throughout the entire experience, they were consistently available whenever I had questions or concerns, regardless of the day or time. The team at Monarch Restoration was exceptional to work with. Their responsiveness, expertise, and genuine care gave me confidence during a very difficult situation. I truly cannot imagine a better company to trust with my home. If you are looking for a restoration company that puts its customers first and delivers outstanding service, I highly recommend Monarch Restoration.

Monarch restoration did a good job with the carpeting and flooring and the painting and they even put things that I had bought and had them put up like light bulbs and such. However they broke a lot of things and they lost a lot of things. The first thing that got broken was some Disney water globes. Instead of telling me about it right away they thought they could buy replacements and I wouldn't know about it. If they had let me know I would have told them to give me what wasn't broken and we would call it a day instead they ordered them and tried to force me to take them I told them to send them back and they would not so I was tired of it I just told them to donate them to Ronald McDonald House. They replaced things that were broken which I appreciated they put new window blinds up that disappeared the other ones which I appreciated. They asked me if I unpacked all of the boxes and I did. For the missing items they said that they didn't leave the house well what happened to them? I lost a vacuum cleaner and several other things disappeared or were broken. There were a few breakables that they just threw in a box and the same collection they put paper around but there was a few broken items that went into collections that were broken on the bottom of the box. Monarch restoration needs to be more careful with people's personal property! I hope to God I never have to use them again!

I am an insurance agent and since we have started to recommend that our customers connect with Monarch we have been so pleased, as have our insureds. Monarch picks up the job and runs with it. Communicating directly with our claims department has taken much of the work off our our customer, and keeping our agency in the loop also helps us to better understand where the claims is in the process for our customers. Austin is ‘awesome’! I needed him to come to my residence and perform an inspection ASAP. He promptly made availability in his schedule and came out as soon as he could and did what he said he was going to do which unfortunately is rare nowadays! His report was very thorough and clear. We were able to move forward with our plans and process. I can’t say thanks enough! If you’re in need of a job around the house and want a stand up person who does it the right way choose Monarch!
