Excellent communication and transparency. It was very evident that every level of employee was sincerely invested in the customer’s satisfaction.
I have had to chase these guys for communication all along. Finally got a response to set up an inspection, had a nice tech come out, take measurements and a peek in my attic. I then received a prompt quote that same day, which was awesome. I assumed the initial hiccup in lagging response was an anomaly. But... things quickly went back down hill from there. The quote was incredibly high without any line items noted for budgeting or understanding which parts of the project I might tackle first. So that same day, I asked for the invoice to be chunked out so I could properly consider ... then when I hadn't heard back, I followed up one week later to ask again... and am still waiting to hear back...almost 2 weeks now after the initial quote. Mold Bros could use administrative help to send proper invoices that let potential customers know how much things cost line by line, and to respond in a timely and professional manner. Good communication builds trust with customers and shows respect for our time and project needs. Providing line item $ in invoices lets potential customers verify estimates based on industry standards to know Mold Bros isn't trying to hose us; it also enables proper budgeting during uncertain economic times. Leaving folks waiting a couple weeks for any response at all does not feel good, especially after having had to reach out a few times for the initial outreach to schedule the consult. This poor communication has wasted about a month of my time & I hope the review will save others the same hassle. **What's more is that the owner called me within an hour or so of my leaving this review; without any apology for his lack of timely response, the defensive voicemail he left indicated annoyance at my review and noted that he wanted me to call him back to "try to have a conversation." This response seals the deal for me not to want to do business with Mold Bros Maine.
Very responsive, cordial, and professional! The quality and efficient use of time is spot on, the end result was more than anticipated. Definately would hire again if the need arises!
