Joe was fantastic to work with this past Spring when we had a hole in our roof that brought water into multiple floors of our house. Started off on giving a very detailed quote. We had two other companies quote the work, one guy gave us a flat rate without even measuring any moisture readings on any floor, the other guy came to our house and then told us he doesn't give quotes and expects to start the work with essentially a blank check. Joe's quote had everything detailed on where he came up with his price. He even went out of his way to explain the long process we were about to embark on with insurance, and boy was he right. Joe even worked directly with insurance when it came to pricing discrepancies, where as other contractors we had wouldn't even put up a fight and turned to us to cover the difference. On top of all of it, his team was very professional and did an outstanding job on the mitigation side of things. When they were done I couldn't even tell they had been inside our home! I'll be recommending him to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need mitigation work done. Well done Joe.
