Merit Restorations

Merit Restoration is inspecting, drying, removing and refurbishing my house from the roof leak that I had that damaged five rooms. Jason Terrill has been a god send to me and my wife, by giving us a piece of mind during this very stressful time. Our house is only seven years old and we feel this should not be happening. Jason has kept us informed of progress and walked me through what the plans were to get our house back to our normal living. He contacted me every day letting me know he was going to stop by and check on things. That dedication is a great relief to us as homeowners, that he really cares about our situation. Thank you

Jason and Zach came out quickly, set up all the equipment and explained everything they were doing. Communication was easy, and I really appreciate Jason - in addition to just being friendly and considerate of my time and situation (as I had a lot more going on than just a roof leak), he even stopped by at night when I had questions about the fans and then came by to remove them to accommodate my schedule.

The team at Merit Restorations is exceptional! My attic hot water heater failed and flooded the bathroom below. USAA recommended Merit Restorations, and I am eternally grateful they did. I spoke with Jake, the branch manager, who just seems like a fantastic human being. He explained the process over the phone and was incredibly kind and patient, helping me work through it. Merit was on site in less than two hours. Jason and his team immediately assessed, documented, and removed damaged materials, then set up equipment to dry the space. Jason went above and beyond, answering all questions, including after-hours concerns about continued flooding. Putting everything back together was handled so professionally. The finished repairs were first rate. Everything looks BETTER than before the water damage. Project Manager James has the calmest demeanor and the stress level just drops when he is in the room. He was thorough in his assessment and straightforward about what work needed to be done. He was never pushy, even when I struggled to make decisions on color and flooring for the repair work. I’ll admit I flip-flopped a couple of times, and it didn’t seem to faze James at all. Super patient guy! Customer service was 10/10. I am completely satisfied with the result. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Brandon, another project manager at Merit, who was just as outstanding in his knowledge and professionalism as the rest of the team. Merit is doing something right. They have this down to a science! I cannot express enough how much I appreciate their ability to work efficiently while treating customers, experiencing a very stressful event, with kindness and understanding.

I had a water leak in my house and had to tear up every floor and demo a few walls on the first floor in my house. Jason on the restoration team not on made the process pain free he also texted and called me every single day of the process even ON THE WEEKEND. Every morning and every afternoon I got a call or a text checking on me and my home. He took the rugs from my house had them cleaned and also made sure me and my family were as comfortable as possible throughout this process. If you need work done to your home ask for Jason from Merritt and he will help you from start to finish. I’m currently in the rebuild process of my home and Jason is STILL CALLING AND TEXTING ME. He has nothing to do with the rebuild process but he is still checking on me. This is what customer service is about.
