M.A. Restoration was timely, professional and helped us get our basement cleaned up after we experienced a flood of 28" of water. They came back every day until the job was finished and took good care of the belongings deemed salvageable while properly carrying away the multitudinous amount of personal property which got destroyed.

As a homeowner, you never want to need restoration services, but if you do, I truly cannot recommend MA Restoration enough. From my very first phone call through the completed repairs, every interaction was exceptional. Steve and the entire team were calm, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain what was happening, what to expect next, and answered every question with patience. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish, which made an incredibly stressful situation feel much more manageable. The quality of the work was just as impressive. The team was neat, careful, respectful of my home, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. They did not simply repair the damage, they made everything look even better than it did before. This has honestly been one of the best experiences I have had as a homeowner, and one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere. Every person I encountered reflected the same level of professionalism and care. I originally chose MA Restoration because of reviews like this one. Now that I am on the other side of the experience, I can honestly say they were absolutely accurate. Everything people said held true, and I am so glad I trusted them. If I ever need restoration services again, they will be my first call without hesitation.

I had flooding in my home while I was away at work, they were able to respond immediately and took charge of the situation and did everything professionally, quickly, and patiently as I dealt with this sudden disaster. Great skills at what they do, including their interpersonal skills and informing me every step of the way. Connor Martell and his team are great at what they do and are highly recommended!

UPDATE: Well it happened again. This time our pipe burst while power washing the house in mid May, flooding the finish basement, can you say déjà vu? We instantly knew who to call. MA Restoration came over within an hour and immediately started drying out the basement. They worked directly with my insurance company and made the whole process painless once again. This week Steve came back and fixed our baseboards and painted and organized our rug to get cleaned. It was great to see him again but we both agreed we have to stop meeting like this. With all seriousness Steve was great to work with, always pleasant and courteous, and took pride in his work as if it was his own house, can’t thank him enough! ORIGINAL: I can’t say enough about M.A. Restoration. 6 months ago we came home from Christmas vacation to a flooded basement from our water heater. Our plumber recommended we call M.A. Restoration. Andrew came over within an hour. He handled everything from coordinating the removal of the water, drying out the basement, managing the mold mitigation (which revealed termite damage from 20 years ago), and coordinating with the insurance company. Since they did such a good job it was no hesitation from us that re-signed on with them for the rebuild. Andrew was very upfront that the rebuild would be several months out to start but once it started it was very fast. Steve took over for Andrew and did a great job coordinating everything! He checked in regularly keeping us informed every step of the way. Israel, Julio, Dean and Chris from M.A. Restoration spent many hours at our house. They were always courteous and respectful. Steve coordinated Tipperary Painting (special shout out to Edney’s attention to detail) and Jim MacNamara for the carpet install and I’m so happy he did. I love the pride they all took in their jobs. Although I would not wish a flooded basement on anyone, if the situation arises I would fully endorse calling M.A. Restoration.

Steve and the team were great. We had an ice dam in the winter. Ma restoration took care of the water mitigation and the repairs. Steve and his team took care of the repair portion and had thorough communication throughout the repair process and everything was done quickly. I would recommend ma restoration for water mitigation and repairs.
