After a backed up sewer line flooded our entire first floor, Paul and Sizko were here cleaning it up for use right away. The water mitigation was fast AND complete. After our project manager Adam took over to coordinate a significant amount repairs, those also were done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. The long and short of it is, while I hope to not need their services again, they have gained a loyal customer and we will not think twice to give them our business again, should the need arise. -Steve Update - 3/5/2025 I am updating my review to a 1 star. While the above is true (with the exception of using KUSTOM's services ever again), they have very dishonest billing practices. I have paid every time they have requested, but still have not received an itemized invoice that has been requested by phone and in writing several times. This all stems from an $8000 charge that showed up months after completion with no invoice or explanation of these charges. When I requested the break down of the new charges so I could go back to my insurance, I was told no and received a lien on my home. So, I paid the bill and am now told they won't lift the lean until I pay an additional $1000 for lawyers fees that was not mentioned before. DO NOT PICK KUSTOM US, INC
Paul was a lifesaver when I needed it most, I appreciate all his help, he was very transparent and the communication was perfect. Hopefully I never need Kustoms again but if I do or anyone else does make sure you ask for Paul!
Company did a restoration job for insurance and I admit I'm pleased with the quality of work. Workers were pleasant and were on time and efficient. They made sure to clean up before they left after job was completed Well, the roof work they did has started leaking again with a heavy rain this week (5/9/24). The painted wall is sagging, the ceiling is pulling away and the carpet is now wet. Their contracts don't say they guarantee the work, so....... And, if I make a claim with my insurance, they will inevitably drop me!
I had basement flooding in the middle of the night and Kustom came out promptly and were a huge help. They were great about taking pictures and working with the insurance company. Everyone was incredibly professional and pleasant to work with.
Stay away from these people ! If they think you have good homeowners insurance, they will over charge you.
