Kingsley Water Damage & Fire Cleanup

We first noticed a soft spot in the bathroom floor at our Friends Meetinghouse and called Kingsley to take a look. Once they got in, they discovered the floor underneath was completely rotten — much worse than we'd realized. The worker who did the repair was wonderful: careful, attentive, and thoughtful enough to lay down paper as he moved through the building so he wouldn't track anything through our space. The bathroom has been solid ever since, and we're genuinely grateful for how well he took care of things. Happy to recommend Kingsley to anyone in need of honest, careful work.

Kingsley took care of my kitchen when my fridge broke and flooded my kitchen. Matt was fabulous from the get-go, wasting no time getting me scheduled for mitigation. Dante, Angel, and Osirus were on the job and did an amazing job. It's never fun when things go wrong, but this team made a horrible situation slightly better with their professionalism, speed, and work ethic. When things go wrong, don't call your insurance company, call Kingsley!

Today I made a call to Kingsley to help with more water than we realized. Teddy and Dante arrived when they said they would. A+ for being on time.They were very professional and respectful. Knowing that we were dealing with a lot already. They arrived with compassion, understanding and came in with great attitudes. They let us know what they were going to do, Asked permission if it was OK to proceed today, and proceeded to begin to take care of the water issue. Safety was definitely a concern as they installed barriers before they worked. It turned out there was a lot of mold that we didn’t realize was there until they removed Sheetrock. It was much more to deal with than they could do today. After they set up fans and dehumidifiers and all kinds of equipment in the house and under the house, they set an appointment to come back and continue to deal with the issue. They left the area clean and removed all debris. I am so glad we called them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with an issue that has damaged your property. They are going to work with our insurance to get it all safe and ready for repairs.

After sewage backed up into my closet, I had no idea what to do. So I looked online and read that I needed a damage mitigation team, but the sewage backup happened at 11: 00 p.m. So I needed someone to be on the scene as fast as possible. That's where I found Kingsley. I called in my problem and then they were here within 2 hours which is understandable because are all the way in Columbia now I'm in darlington. Angel and Mr. Ted were on the scene as fast as possible and they put up a whole bunch of dehumidifiers to prevent the damage. After they left they said that they would be back in the next day, which they were. I was in contacted by Miss Jean who helped coordinate appropriate times for the team to come by and do what they need to do and she was a pleasure to every time I talk to her. Mr. Tim came by and tore down the entire room with help from Mr. Ted And they were extremely respectful the entire time it turned out it was a lot more work than what they were expecting, but they did it with no complaints and they were very commutative and open about what I need to do to repair my home. Kingsley works with me over the course of a month and a half and we finally were able to strip out the all the affected areas and now all the areas are primed and ready for rebuilding with as much damage prevented as possible. I quite enjoyed my experience for Kingsley. They were professional, kind and always respectful. If you need a damage mitigation company, I recommend Kingsley
