Vanessa I can not be more appreciative of the whole crew that I have interacted with throughout a major fail in my building management dealing with an hvac pipe breaking which led to a major pool of water under it caused black, green and white mold to grow everywhere near it. My building finally addressed it, told me i should just move as a solution. They never communicated with me after Bobby came right away, to assess. Days later, as my 19 year old cat and I were staying at my family's house for an entire week, Bobby was and still is, the only one communicating with me about the project. Im assuming the building chose to have an hvac company take the hvac out, with zero training or any care about the air vents having mold. Or did they even mention it. They spent 4 hours in my apt in which time they decided to use compressed air in the system without any acknowledgement of the mold issue or containment in any way which spewed w massive amount of brown thick toxic residue, spores, dirt, and who knows, filling the air in my apt. My mouth was numb from breathing whatever they caused, visibly, to fill my entire apt. My cat was puking for 24 hrs. They left for an hour and told me it was not a big deal BUT apologized for it as they left. They clearly made the spread of the mold worse than it could ever have been. Keystone however, showed up with the proper and pretty cool containment procedures, left my apartment cleaner than it was when they got there and did the work with zero AC in a heat wave, in a plastic bubble oven for hours. My apt looks like a Dexter kill room for now with zippered plastic from floor to ceiling but it shows exactly the serious level of this kind of situation and I can not even believe how insane the random guys hired a few days earlier who obviously have no idea how much more toxic they made my home or care. These guys took it seriously, looked out for each other on the job and super professional but easy to talk to while setting up an outbreak containment area and working in it with a great attitude in 100 degrees..i can't be more impressed and grateful. 7/1/2026

My house flooded causing water and mold damage. Bob and Jamie were beyond amazing! Bob came out a few hours after I called, adding me at the end of his work day. He was in constant contact throughout the entire process. Jamie brought his crew a few days later to do the job. Jamie dotted every I and crossed every t. He definitely knows what he’s doing:.They did an awesome job and left no stone unturned. They have also been VERY helpful in my dealings with my insurance. They truly take care of you like you are their own family. I am so glad I found them!

We had an outstanding experience with Keystone Mitigation Services from start to finish. Bobby and Jamie run a truly professional operation, and it shows in every aspect of their work. We experienced a frozen pipe burst and flood during the cold snap in late January 2026. Keystone handled both the emergency mitigation and the full repair/restoration process for us, and did so with a level of urgency and organization that made a stressful situation feel manageable. Just as importantly, they did exactly what they said they would do — their integrity and follow-through were evident throughout the entire project. Their team was consistently respectful of our staff, our patients, and our business schedule, which was critical for us. They were easy to communicate with, responsive, and flexible when needed. The quality of the finished work was excellent — especially the flooring. They replaced our carpet with LVP, and the result significantly elevated the look and function of our space. They also worked collaboratively within the constraints of our insurance claim and budget, helping us navigate that process without friction. We would absolutely use Keystone again and would confidently recommend them to both business owners and homeowners looking for a reliable, high-quality mitigation and restoration partner.

We used Keystone Mitigation to clean up after an unfortunate roof leak in our bedroom. We were referred to them by our roofer, and we're so glad he recommended them! They came by to assess the space on a Tuesday, and were back on Thursday to cut out the damage and dry out the room. It was more involved than we thought, and included our ceiling, wall, and part of our wood floor. We had to wait a bit to get moving on the fix due to insurance, but as soon as we got the insurance go-ahead they jumped right back in to start the work. We unfortunately had a high deductable, but Keystone worked with us to stay within our remaining budget. The wood floor was patched, and we were concerned about how it would look, but it ended up looking incredible! If you didn't know it was patched, I don't think you'd even notice. Over the course of a couple of days, they sent people out to do drywall, build an inset shelf which was an "extra" that we wanted just to make the room a bit nicer, and spackle and paint. I couldn't believe how quickly they responded and everything came together. They're incredibly communicative, I never felt like I didn't know what next steps were or when they would happen, and they were really responsive to questions. I sincerely hope we don't need remediation again, but if we do I will absolutely be reaching out to Keystone Mitigation!
