Absolutely wonderful company. Everyone was polite, informative, and best of all there was never any kind of mess at the end of each workday. They are absolutely the best.

Kennedy Restoration and project manager Blayne made a really difficult chapter of my life feel manageable. After a fire displaced me from my home, their team worked quickly, communicated clearly, and treated the situation with real urgency and care. I appreciated how responsive and professional they were throughout the entire process, especially during moments when I felt overwhelmed or uncertain. One thing I especially appreciated was how open they were to feedback. At one point, I realized a paint color I had chosen for my kitchen just wasn’t working, and I was nervous to speak up after work had already started. Instead of making me feel difficult, they reassured me that what mattered most was that I loved the final result and felt comfortable saying something if things weren’t going in the right direction. That flexibility and kindness made a huge difference for me. Because I was displaced during the restoration, I also had to place a lot of trust in the team while they worked in my home when I wasn’t there. They handled that trust with professionalism and care, and I’m really grateful for that. Overall, they were communicative, efficient, compassionate, and genuinely good people to work with. I’m very thankful for the care they put into helping me get back home.

A big shout out for Brandi and her team, Nisha, Fay, Abran , Lars and Victor, from Kennedy Restoration. Throughout the process, they were punctual, dedicated, hardworking, caring, organized and compassionate. They listened to what I had to say, and were very mindful of my needs and respectful of my belongings. I couldn't have asked for a better team. They were amazing!!

Great job, my hats off to Patrick Henry with Kennedy Restoration Patrick and his team pulled off the restoration that seemed impossible with the time frame he was facing. He was given a completion date when he needed to be done starting on 4/25/25 and finishing by 12/25 Patrick immediately started getting his demo team on board and after a quick dry out and demo Patrick move right in to getting all the subs on board and dial them in on there scope of work and the time line he was facing. Patrick has a grate source of subs and they seem to drop what ever they had going on and come out to the job site and help him with what every he needed to have done to keep the job moving forward what seemed to be a impossible due date for completion. Patrick ran a very tight job site. Through out the hole job it was well organized, very clean as the job progress and every thing that was needed for the job was always on site to a void any delays that could effect the schedule. I work with Patrick through out the hole process of the restoration I was very impressed with his abilities to adapt and over come all the optical and problems. Patrick was able to make the finish date so I say great job to Patrick Henry and Kennedy Restoration. Thank you so very much for all your hard work. Terry S

Erik Roth and Aaron Metcalf are the best. My rental house had water/mold damage and after dealing with Paul Davis Restoration for 5 months, lack of communication, no timelines, and collecting money from insurance company and didn't do ANYTHING I FIRED them and hired Erik Roth from Kennedy Restoration. These guys kept me on budget, constant communication and reassuring me of dates for completion. I would recommend these two from Kennedy Restoration and would love to work with them in the future.
