Curtis did a great job inspecting our basement, identifying the issue (in our case was thankfully not mold and was efflorescence) and gave us great instructions on how to resolve the issue and treat it going forward. Very kind and informative.

The focus was clean up after significant mice infestation at a currently uninhabited home. I was able to meet with Cathryn and Curtis in a timely manner after my initial contact, and speaking directly with Cathryn. It was immediately clear that their approach to doing business was “old school”, and very refreshing. I had put off taking action on this matter for about 2.5 years, secondary to the task feeling overwhelming. The physical and emotional aspects of this project seemed insurmountable. Curtis and Cathryn created an atmosphere characterized by unconditional support. I felt, and feel as though I had, and have made two new friends. A lot of therapeutic sharing and self- disclosure occurred. They were very reassuring about their ability to resolve this situation. An estimate was provided, and I made the decision to have them move forward with the work. The effort and energy put into their work was clearly amazing. The outcome, although, not real surprising, exceeded my expectations. The cost was quite reasonable. Seeing the completed project, felt like an anchor lifted off of my shoulders. I would most definitely recommend iDry!

Everything started out great. They were quick to come out and look at the issue I was having. They found the source of the problem and Curtis said he would send me a quote. Days went by and nothing. Mean while the issue is getting worse. Reached back out and they stated Curtis would be contacting me soon. Still nothing for a few more days. So I reached back out again and then she confused me for someone else, tried to explain who I was and then they ghosted me.. was disappointed because the first meeting went well.

We had field mice come into our basement and leave many droppings on the shelves in our entire basement. I contacted I-Dry for cleanup of this mess. They promptly came out and looked at the problem and gave me an estimate to do the job. The next week they came to do the job. Curtis and his assistant took everything off the shelves which surround the entire large basement. They cleaned up all the mouse droppings, disinfected the shelves and put everything back on the shelves. They also removed some carpets and dry wall and metal brackets. My basement looks great. It also smells fresh and clean. They were prompt, polite and friendly. I would totally recommend this company for any major cleanup you need. I-Dry is an excellent company!
