I cannot say enough good things about our project manager Jeremy Tappy during the water loss restoration process. From day one, he was professional, responsive and genuinely cared about making a stressful situation as smooth as possible. I also want to give a shout out to the contributions Keaton Sebring and Russell Shive did on the project. Russell was very transparent with everything to expect during the process and more than willing to answer all my questions. It was clear that he went above and beyond to put the customer first. Keaton did an excellent job on the siding repair and a few final details inside the home to bring the project to completion.

After a dirty bathroom water accident occurred on the top floor of my new home, I was so upset to see the water come raining down into two rooms on my first floor. I was so lucky to get help from Hays and Sons restoration company. The two young men who worked on the clean up and mitigation, Jacob and Omar, did outstanding work. They took exceptional care of my home and property, and even went so far as to plan the work around the medical needs of my disabled daughter. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend Jacob and Omar from the Fort Wayne, Indiana office of Hays and Sons for any water mishaps in your home. They obviously care for their clients and that is not something you see very often anymore. Well done, Hays and Sons!

Jeremy Tappy came in and helped get this job finished! He was handed our job and it was a lot but he handled it in a timely fashion! Not only did he finish the job but he listened to what we wanted and needed. Keaton Sebring killed it when it came to getting things done. He even built a custom shelf and a tiny bench! Extremely responsive and attentive customer service through the whole process. We got our roof replaced and Hays and Sons couldn't have been easier to work with. Logan and Russel coordinated with our insurance beautifully and were always available when questions or concerns popped up. Would definitely recommend Hayes and Sons to family or friends.

This past February, I filed a pretty large insurance claim after a random vehicular accident where someone ran an SUV through my garage door, causing a domino effect that resulted in the damaging of multiple interior walls + plumbing lines of my home in the process. Despite the calamity, Hays + Sons were exceptionally kind, easy-to-work-with and they performed the needed repairs while providing the highest quality service, compliant with all required city codes. Logan Garton and Kenny Belford were my project managers and Russel Shive handled my insurance claims. Each were wonderful to work with, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend them for future home improvement services!
