Hawaii Water Damage Restoration

Above and beyond!! I only write reviews when a company is either really bad or really, really GREAT—and MD Restoration definitely falls into the second category. Their customer service, knowledge, and professionalism truly impressed me. We first used them for carpet cleaning, and the results were night and day—absolutely amazing. More recently, my car got flooded from all the rain, and MD Restoration came through again. They were able to completely dry everything out and get rid of the mildew smell. thank you so much, MD Restoration, I would not trust any one else!! ⸻

Yesterday, my studio was flooded, and Tyrone came to help remove the water from the room. He was very friendly and extremely hardworking. I sincerely appreciate his assistance.

Absolutely abhorrent company, the owners have zero integrity. And Marco threatened me with legal action after his co-owner extorted me, I had to hire a process server because they refused to accept certified mail. After showing up to the court case, they were ill-prepared and unprofessional throughout the process. Despite having them losing, and I being awarded damages nobody within their company has paid aid the directed amount from the judge. Every step of the process just turned into a bigger nightmare, unlicensed subcontractors, a complete lack of professionalism, when they showed up to court they spoke on emotion and didn't use facts and ignored the judge when directed to go to mediation. And showed up ill-prepared for the date of judgment, and Fabio continuously made smirks and unprofessional gestures throughout the court proceeding. I've dealt with some bad people and some bad companies in my life, but this company and its owners by far are the worst. Their word means nothing and with how they conduct themselves, I question their financial solvency and ability to stand by their work as they're on a trajectory to dissolve their company.

I know Marcos’ company is called Hawaii Water Damage Restoration, but I wanted to let people know that he also does excellent reconstruction repairs too. Our home’s sewer pipes were all changed, which meant a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and half of our yard had to be dug up. After the new pipes were put in, Marcos was contracted to begin the big job of getting everything back in order. Mind you, I’m talking large trenches and deep holes within the house and a lot of broken sidewalk right outside our kitchen too. I met with Marcos and knew immediately I was in good hands. He was extremely organized and had a clear plan on what needed to be done. He explained everything to me, so I felt very comfortable with all the steps. There was not one time when he didn’t get back to me within minutes if I called or texted him with a question. This is not an exaggeration, he literally got back to me right away. He took care of returning the house to normal from concrete in and out, drywall, tile for the bedroom and bathrooms, painting and steam cleaning the carpets. He was extremely accommodating with scheduling too. Everyone who works for him is also very professional and friendly. If they say they will be there at a certain time, they will. Marcos helped me with picking out tile for the bedroom and the 2 baths. I could tell he had a good eye for such things and I’m glad I did. Everything looks terrific now, so much better than it was before and I am so very pleased with his work. If you need work like this done, you should call Hawai’i Water Damage Restoration. Marcos will take care of you from beginning to end and you will not be disappointed, I promise you. I’ve already decided that when it’s time to change the rest of our flooring or if I need anything related to reconstruction repair, I will call Marcos. The house just looks great and I am very pleased!
