*Update 3, took them to court after they threatened to take me to court.... They lost and would not pay damages. This company has zero integrity and I would not recommend working with them or their affiliates. Incompetent and unprofessional, and even after they had a judgment against them, they refused to pay. *Update number two, two after blocking Marco on Facebook and on my personal number he began direct messaging me on Yelp.* *I wanted to provide an update after leaving this review, but Marco contacted me and threatened me via text message the same day I posted this. I was attempting to keep this professional and leave names of individuals I had issues with out of it. But I want to warn others.* I can't say enough bad things about this company, they have issues paying vendors and I question their financial solvency as a business. They withheld materials, attempted to defraud me, and tried to extort me for more money than was ever agreed upon for the project. The owner's threatened to take me to court, so I took them to court and they never showed. Save yourself some of the heartburn, they sent multiple unlicensed contractors to my home and cause irreparable damage... This business is unprofessional and incompetent. They have a few good employees, but unfortunately the owners/ management go out of their way to screw up everything. The owners are unreasonable and dishonest. I wish I went with my gut, cut ties with these frauds early into the project. Holly, and Mac are the only two employees at the company who displayed integrity and honesty during my interactions with them hopefully they can find a better employer that values who they are.

I cannot say enough great things about Hawaii Water Damage Restoration. From the very first contact, my call to the office & their promptness with having Andre (Project Manager) return my call & set-up an appointment to come out and assess the issue ... truly exceptional! After confirming my own suspicion of mold, Andre quickly took immediate action to mitigate the situation bringing a huge sense of relief. What also truly set them apart was their open & consistent communication. Every employee I spoke to be it Andre, Cory, Marcos ... took the time to answer any of my questions, clearly and simply. If it was something outside of their scope, they didn't brush it off or guess, instead they made sure the right person would follow up. That level of transparency and professionalism is rare! Lastly, I was also extremely impressed with how swiftly and smoothly they transitioned to a different contractor once it was time to repair and replace my drywall. Unreal efficient coordination and follow thru ... Bravo Bravo Bravo! I'll close with this ... Look no further, I I would highly recommend these guys & use them again should I encounter a water/mold issue again. Mahalo again ... Kendra

Hawaii Water Damage Restoration is the go to company. We needed an estimate for water damage to our Mililani Mauka rental. We got an appointment right away and Marc arrived right on time with all the necessary equipment to determine and identify the damage. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. What also impressed me is that he understood the “local culture” and entered the premises, ready with booties covering his work boots. Thank you Marc!

This review is long overdue—I usually don’t bother leaving reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to thank Mac for his excellent service. Initially, I was assigned to another restoration company by my insurance provider, but they did a terrible job. Frustrated, I turned to Yelp, found Mac, and he truly came to my rescue. He was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and a great listener. I will absolutely call him again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of reliable service!

Hawaii Water Damage Restoration LLC is your one-stop-shop for resolving any water damage to your residence. We experienced a leak which caused water damage to our downstairs bathroom, hallway, and kitchen/dining area. This company quickly provided water damage remediation services then was able to provide the repairs to all the areas that were affected. Coordination provided by Fabio and Mac who directed the rest of the team members and contracted providers to tackle cabinetry, flooring and drywall repairs. Marco worked well with our insurance company to ensure that services being provided would be covered by our insurance company minimizing any out-of-pocket costs to us. All staff were friendly, courteous and easy to work with. We are pleased with the repairs and would highly recommend this company for anything water damage related!
