Harper SS were quick to respond, professional, and very knowledgeable. The team was thorough on their investigation and mitigation. I appreciated their feedback and honesty. In addition, they followed up as needed throughout the weekend. I would use them again!

After considering several companies to repair major pipe-related water damage to our kitchen, we chose Harper Special Services, and when the work was completed, we knew that we had made the right choice. HSS did an excellent job handling every aspect of the process from start to finish: mitigation, restoration, and insurance coordination. The staff communicated very effectively with us by giving clear explanations, providing regular updates, promptly responding to our calls and texts, and patiently answering our questions. The experienced mitigation team arrived immediately and worked quickly to prevent additional water damage. The reliable skilled restoration team worked diligently and on schedule to return our kitchen to its pre-damaged condition. All of the HSS employees, particularly Scott, John, Brian, Luis, Jeremy, and Jasmine, were knowledgeable, competent, and professional. They ensured that we were comfortable and informed during the entire process. We highly recommend Harper Special Services for projects such as ours.

After being referred to Harper Construction by USAA following a disappointing timeline with another company, we were initially very impressed. The beginning of our project was handled professionally, communication was excellent, and everything moved forward in a timely manner. Unfortunately, once our original project manager was replaced, the experience declined significantly. Communication became extremely inconsistent, to the point that I had to involve USAA just to receive updates from our new project manager. After USAA intervened, communication would improve for a few days before returning to complete radio silence. Once repair materials had been selected, our project was delayed because several items were out of stock. However, we were never informed of these delays by the project manager. We only learned about them after repeatedly asking for updates ourselves. When repairs finally began, the lack of professionalism and communication continued. What was originally estimated to be a project lasting only a few weeks turned into months of frustration, unnecessary delays, and very little information about the status of our home. Based on our experience, if you are assigned a project manager other than Justin, you will likely have a positive experience. However, if Justin is managing your project, be prepared for poor communication and a frustrating overall experience. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Harper Construction and will not do business with them again.

Harper special services did a fantastic job. They came out right away after water heater in the attic busted. His guys were very professional, the removed insulation an installed fans and dehumidifier same afternoon. They explained what the process would Require, came back every day to monitor progress. This is a very reputable company, I highly recommend them
