Really happy with work done by Dan, Rich, and team! A few months ago I had a basement flood in my finished space. They came out same night and went to work the next day. They handled everything from insurance to sub-contractors and communicated extremely well every step. I’ve had some really bad experiences with dishonest contractors in the past so I had a lot of questions and concerns along the way. Dan and Rich were patient with me and very fair, transparent, and responsive. I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest to work with (sorry about that guys 😅) but they absolutely were. They did high quality work and I’m confident they’ll do that for you as well. Also, they gave me an extremely reasonable price for mold removal separate from the insurance claim (it was not a part of the flooded area so insurance wouldn’t cover). They went the extra mile to keep my family healthy and that’s extremely valuable to me. I’ve waited a couple months to write the review to make sure the work that was done wasn’t faulty in any way and I can confidently say, it was done extremely well in all areas. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to work with this company. Good, honest people who do high quality work
Nothing but good things to say about H2O Pros.i didnt have water damage or anything like that. I demolished my main bathroom back in November but lost the will to reassemble it. H2O pros was recommended to me and I called them to see if the job was something they could finish. They walked into a stripped room down to the studs. They said no problem and had Bryan come out and take a look. They sent me a quote for the job and He started within a couple days of that first meeting and did an amazing job. He was a 1 man crew and took care of the drywall, tiling and electrical. After about 2 weeks it is done and we couldn't be happier. Thank you to Dan and Bryan for tackling this mess and making it beautiful! I would call them for any remodel needs not just water damage.
The H2O pros came out for a plumbing leak that caused mold and I ended up having them take care of some mold in other locations as well. They did a great job with not only their physical work but also their professionalism, communication, and friendliness. We are hoping to have them back when it’s time to remodel our bathroom. Top notch responder who takes the worry out of your seemingly catastrophic pipe/toilet/flooded/water damaged home.
