Ramon and Kenford did an amazing job in my opinion as a tenant. They kept the carpets as clean as possible, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and respectful. I would recommend them to anybody! I think they even cleaned up messes that weren’t theirs from other inspectors, etc. Thank you gentlemen for such a good experience during a very stressful time
We cannot recommend GW Savage. We had a terrible set of tenants who turned our house into a crack den. We hired GW Savage to clean drug residue, blood, and general debris from the premises. They were to have cleaned the floors and furniture in three rooms. When I sent pictures to GW Savage staff about the poor finished condition and our dissatisfaction with the cleaning job, we were basically told to pound sand. Moreover, some items from the house were missing after their crew had been on the premises. GW Savage would not take responsibility for the less than acceptable quality of the work of their crew. We expected better service for $9,000+.
Ramone and Kenford conducted their work professionally. We called after we experienced water leak from washing machine. They installed drying up equipment to remove moisture from the ceiling, exterior wall and floor. They kept us updated on progress. They were respectful to the house and to us.
I had a water and mold issue and Savage was a fantastic contractor to work with to mitigate the damage and make the repairs. The workers are clean, courteous, and pleasant, they show up on time and explain the work that they are doing. I very much enjoyed working with them!
G.W. Savage was absolutely awesome to work with. This is the third time we’ve had to utilize their services, at three different locations, and they were incredible each time. They answered my calls promptly and one of their crew chiefs called back within 1/2 hour to schedule an on-site evaluation that same day. When the crew arrived they were respectful of our belongings, and very careful during the entire demolition process which involved an entire kitchen of cabinets, countertops and flooring along with some Sheetrock and insulation. They then proceeded to set up drying fans and equipment and isolated specific areas of mold concern. They checked on the progress daily and kept me informed with texts and pictures. I would highly recommend G.S. Savage to anyone in need of their services.
