⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! We recently had an emergency situation when we turned on our hose for the first time this year and a pipe burst inside our home. We reached out to Flood and Fire, and despite it being after hours on a weekend, they had technicians dispatched to our home incredibly quickly. Brad and Will were the two gentlemen who came out, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. From the moment they arrived, they assessed the situation immediately and got right to work. They were not only fast, but extremely thorough and meticulous. It was clear right away that they are both highly experienced and knowledgeable in what they do. What stood out the most was how they treated us throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything step by step, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt informed and comfortable with what was happening. They worked for hours to ensure everything was properly set up, leaving drying equipment running to continue the mitigation process over the weekend. Brad even returned the next day to check on everything and make sure the process was going smoothly. Then on Monday, both Brad and Will came back to finish the job efficiently and thoroughly. They also went above and beyond by offering helpful suggestions regarding whether filing an insurance claim would be beneficial for our situation. In situations like this, it’s easy to worry about being taken advantage of, especially during an emergency. However, Brad and Will were the complete opposite. They were honest, considerate, and mindful of the unexpected costs we were facing. Their professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation so much more manageable. While dealing with flood mitigation and restoration is never a pleasant experience, Brad and Will made it as close to a positive one as possible. They clearly take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. As someone who deals with anxiety, it was incredibly reassuring to have them handling everything with such integrity and competence. Second time using flood & fire. Every person i have dealt with is friendly and open. Brad and Will did mitigation at my house during emergency hours. The best word to describe them is professional. They worked at a fast pace, they paid attention to cleanliness as they worked, and communicated each step taken. They documented every issue with photos and videos. Both were well versed at what they were doing and worked together well. They were thorough while still not taking advantage of things by doing more than necessary in order to charge more. Now in the process of working with Max on financing and Nate on the rebuild process. Both seem honest and too busy to be charging unnecessary or additional fees. Both were very flexible with their services and volunteered any and all information I asked for. We'll see what happens when I pay the bill, but I'm pretty sure this company makes its money by hiring well trained technicians and dealing with large volumes of clients in a professional manner. Said another way, this isn't a place that needs to charge you for the tissue that they blow their nose with, because they have their business streamlined for long term success thanks to each individual deciding to be honest and professional.
