James and the Five Valley's team were incredible throughout our entire project. We had an insurance claim on some damage from a leak. James was the manager for our project and his professionalism was evident through the entire process. Great communication and problem solving skills. His crews were all experts and great on the job site! We are very pleased with all aspects of the process. Would definitely recommend Five Valleys and James for any of your construction needs!

Five Valleys responded very quickly after our initial flood, and the remediation process went smoothly. Abel in particular was great to work with. After that, we agreed that Five Valleys would serve as the general contractor for the restoration and remodel. Unfortunately, the process stalled from there. It has now been 2.5 months since the flood, and we still have not received an accurate repair estimate from them. Because of the delay, our insurance company has become impatient and is now attempting to settle the claim based on internal estimates rather than actual contractor quotes. To make matters worse, I recently learned that the flooring subcontractor Five Valleys brought in does not even install the type of flooring we need—engineered hardwood—because they only work with solid hardwood. At this point, after months of delay and little progress toward resolution, I have decided to hire the subcontractors myself and move forward without Five Valleys. If you need emergency mitigation, they may be worth calling. If you need someone to actually manage and complete a restoration project, look elsewhere.

I had a major fire in my home in November 2023, following which I hired Five Valleys to handle the clean-up and reconstruction. They were pivotal in helping me obtain a fair settlement from the insurance company which I would have not been able to do by myself. Mark SanSouci was a strong, knowledgeable, and persistent advocate for me during that process. James Sherrill was the project manager; his communication and follow-up skills were excellent. He dealt with contractors and vendors with skill and determination. He was also very helpful in making suggestions regarding the rebuild. Cami and her team did the clean up and inventorying of household items. This was a seriously meticulous task that I would have never been able to perform myself. Their excellent work in capturing and evaluating every item in the house allowed me to maximize the compensation for the household contents. Throughout the process, I met periodically with Mark and James to discuss any outstanding issues. They were also readily available in the event I needed to speak with them. Five Valleys did a formidable job in helping me to rebuild my home and I highly recommend them.

Outstanding! Scheduling was easy and Great communication between the time we signed up for the appointment and when they came out.Ben called to let us know he was on his way about a half an hour before.
