Five Point Restoration

We had a wonderful experience with Five Point Restoration during a really stressful time after our flood. The mitigation team worked quickly, communicated well, and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing quality work and helping us get things taken care of as smoothly as possible. A special thank you to Alex for handling everything so professionally, efficiently, and with so much care. Even after the mitigation work was completed, he continued checking in with us, which meant a lot and showed how much they truly care about their clients. We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work, responsiveness, and kindness from everyone involved and would absolutely recommend Five Point Restoration to anyone needing restoration services.

I simply can’t recommend this company enough!! Every person we spoke/ worked with was the most professional and polite contractor!! The mitigation went incredibly well, and Alex made sure to take extra precautions and work with our insurance to ensure the health and wellness of my family. It was scary to hear there was mold when I have small kids and premature babies around but if I could go back and do it again I would call the guys at five point every time! Baylor on the mitigation team not only made it a point to come bring clean air equipment, but make sure I knew how it worked! Pat did an amazing job communicating with us and the adjuster the whole time and pushing things through in a timely manner. Ombo and the repair team were the cherry on top! Our bathrooms were put back together in less than 2 days, and looking better than before! I was really nervous when our flood first happened because I’m not familiar with this type of work, but Five Point made all the difference! Thank you to Dave, Brian, Pat, Alex and the mitigation team, and Ombo and the repair team! They truly do have Fast and Friendly service, start to finish!

I've been very impressed with Baylor and his team as they are working to get our water damage from a leak under control. They've kept things clean and organized and are very effecient and quick time wise. Their coordination with our home insurance has been easy and simple as well.

I would recommend 5 Point Restoration to anyone! We had a washer and dryer installed incorrectly in our condo causing flooding to my condo and the two condo's below me. Immediately they came out and surveyed the damage actually determining my own home was damaged in the process. They took care of my neighbors with the utmost care and respect and our family as well. Ombo was absolutely the best to work with. They are kind, efficient, and super understanding given the chaos of the situation we were in. They helped work with the company that damaged these properties in the first place and made the entire process painless. I won't be buying furniture from the well known company in the future, but if I ever have a need for help like this again I will reach out to Ombo and his team!
